Booked for wedding and paid upfromt. Cancelled via their messaging service online over 24 hrs before. Checked on day of wedding and hadn't cancelled at lunchtime so cancelled via automated service. No taxi showed up. Yet still charged. Sent messages to check policy but no reply.
Very unfriendly on phone initially. Would not use again.

I have been using this company several times a week for nearly 3 months now, and they have not faulted. They collect my teenage daughter and take her to college in Eastbourne.
I order through the app and get updates without fail. Each driver is here by the specified time (I sometimes prebook with only 15mins notice).
They are courteous, polite and make my daughter feel at ease using their service. She has autism and struggles with conversations. However, she feels really comfortable getting in the taxis and has got used to regular drivers.
I will continue to use this service while I cannot drive myself. Thank you :)
