I have been using this company several times a week for nearly 3 months now, and they have not faulted. They collect my teenage daughter and take her to college in Eastbourne.
I order through the app and get updates without fail. Each driver is here by the specified time (I sometimes prebook with only 15mins notice).
They are courteous, polite and make my daughter feel at ease using their service. She has autism and struggles with conversations. However, she feels really comfortable getting in the taxis and has got used to regular drivers.
I will continue to use this service while I cannot drive myself. Thank you :)

Booked a taxi on app - £18, taxi would be with me in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later app still finding a driver. I called the office and the miserable person on the phone said it’s because there no taxis in your area. I questioned if I’d be charged the £2.50 cancellation even though they couldn’t provide me a taxi … they said yes!!!!! They then magically found a taxi which would be with me in ten minutes - £27 has been taken from my bank. Definitely not using this company again 👎
