I went for the first time today to get my eyebrows threaded last min. I was a little sceptical at first as I didn’t see many reviews for brows but it was actually a great experience, I will definitely be coming again! Frankie was amazing and funny, she made the appointment super easy and the threading was almost painless.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. I paid $68 for a set of nails that turned out horrendous. The process took two hours, and when I politely expressed that I wasn’t happy with the result, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and unprofessional. The customer service was just as bad as the nails themselves. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save your money and go somewhere that values both quality work and customer satisfaction.

⚠️ Nail Infection, Poor Hygiene, and Rude, Unresponsive Staff! I have been to Susan Nail Spa multiple times, but unfortunately, today was my last visit due to an extremely disappointing experience. The staff is incredibly rude when it comes to addressing concerns, showing no empathy or professionalism. After getting gel nails done here for the first time in our lives, both my mom and I developed infections (Green Nail Syndrome – you can look it up). When I returned to have my gel removed, not only were they dismissive and unsupportive, but they also demanded payment for the removal—despite having previously informed me that gel removal was free if they were the ones who applied it. When I questioned this, they aggressively insisted it was written in their brochure. However, when I asked them to show me, they couldn’t find any proof. Instead of admitting their mistake, they became defensive and rude. What’s even more concerning is the complete lack of hygiene at this salon. They do not disinfect their tools or devices, which is likely how my mom and I ended up with infections. I witnessed them using the same device on my infected nail and then immediately on my other nails without any sterilization. When I asked them to at least change the device to prevent spreading the infection, they reacted with hostility. As a medical professional, I understand the importance of hygiene, and I was appalled when they tried to dismiss my concerns by claiming the green discoloration was just “a shadow of water”—an utterly ignorant and irresponsible response. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. The lack of hygiene, the dismissive attitude toward infections, and the outright rudeness of the staff make this salon a serious health risk.

“I had a very disappointing experience with Mohadese. The quality of the materials used was poor, and unfortunately, it seemed like Mohadese lacked the necessary skills. Within just 10 days, all my nails started coming off, and I had to redo them, incurring additional costs. I believe that providing quality services and using high-quality materials is essential for customer satisfaction, and I hope this place takes note.”

I went there to just have my acrylics removed and fair to say that they have absolutely damaged my natural nails. The lady working on it just cut the acrylics short and kept going over them with the machine again and again for a good 20 minutes. She then had the audacity to say my nails are too thin, my nails have never been thin and they are in fact too hard to cut even. My nails are ruined, they hurt and I can’t wash my hair, button up my clothes or do anything that involves my nails because they literally bend like wet rice paper. I’m so embarrassed of my nails now even tho my natural nails have always been something others would compliment. I would try to get my money back but I highly doubt they would acknowledge their own mistake. If they can mess up a removal this badly I wonder how bad they are at basic nail care. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have been going to this wonderful salon for almost 12 years. So much so that I continued coming to this salon even after I moved far away about 7 years ago. Absolutely delightful service by Frank, Susan and Annie. Annie does a phenomenal job with my pedicure, manicure and leg massage. She remembers my preferred nail length, gel/shellac colours and even my RA pain in the finger joints. My nails last me several weeks without breaking or cracking. Excellent workmanship. They are happy to get you water bottle anytime. Once I had a bad headache, and I was served green tea to feel better. Place is well kept and clean. All machines run well. Nice music. Overall great ambience. I enjoy chatting with Susan, Frank, Annie and other associates. In fact, after seeing how clean my feet were, my husband started going there too to get his feet and nails cleaned. Very sweet and caring folks. I will recommend this salon to everyone. Will never switch to any other nail salon.

The first time I tried this gradient effect, it felt so good. Susan is passionate, patient, skilful and delicate, with a soft and natural color palette. To be honest, I've never felt that my hands look so good!
