Susan Nails And Spa (NORTH YORK)

I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for a few years now, and they never disappoint! just got ombre nails done, and they look amazing. I’ve worked with different technicians, and they’re all fantastic. Highly recommend!

I paid 40 for a manicure that didn’t even last 2 days, they took out my gel nails and damaged all of them, if u have the chance NOT to come here, believe me, take it! also the owner was rlly mean.

The staff are polite and friendly. The pedi and mani are good, but they are not good at design. I left the place hating my nails and paid 115$ for unprofessional work. I asked for sharp almond nails and that’s what I got. My toenail color is patchy and uneven. I won’t come back

Jenny did such a great job! I asked for a pink bio gel cat eye and she really went above and beyond to give my nails oodles of TLC.

I’m so happy I discovered this salon! Susan is incredibly professional with my nails, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their customer service is also outstanding.

I've been going to Susan's for a few years now. I dont live close by but I'm willing to travel just for this place. Susan always does an amazing job with my eyebrows and with my nails. The other employees are great too! I wanted to give them a special thank you because my services went way past their closing time. I felt so bad and I was willing to come another day to finish up but Susan and another staff were more than willing to complete what I needed. They even took their time to make sure my nails looked great. Thank you Susan and team!

Really bad service, they ruined all my nails they used to be really strong, now they are like wet paper, i can’t even wash my hair because i can just feel how weak they are, DON GO TO THAT place. take care of your nails. Also when i went to ask for a refund they were going to make the girl pay me from her own pocket, i couldn’t accept that because that’s just unethical. AVOID THIS PLACE

Good service, nice staff! But “Cheap price = Cheap quality” “Very fast = Pool quality” I got Nail & Pedi “yesterday”, But i will remove polish right now..!
