Steer clear of this place. They gouged my nails. The woman doing my nails was not listening when I told her it hurt and also pushed me to get a colour I didn't want. I chose what I wanted and she kept commenting on how the other colour would have looked better and how this colour was "too dark". 🙄. I think her name was Susan and I am pretty sure she is the owner. My friend and I won't go back. My friend also had a bad experience and was left waiting in the waxing room for a long time while Susan finished my nails. How ridiculous to double book and not have enough people to serve the customers.

Jessica did a great job putting extensions on my very short bitten nails. She was careful and paid attention to details. The extensions lasted over 2 weeks (which doesn’t always happen with my short bitten nails). Pedi was also very relaxing. Thanks Jessica! I will be back again soon!

Went in for an appointment with Susan. Arrived 5 minutes early and waited until my appointment time...and then I waited and waited...and waited some more. Eventually, after 20 mins or so, Susan's husband came and told me Susan would be another 40mins!!!!! I had the appointment booked for more than a week and had a day planned. I may have accepted this IF he had offered to do my nails or something while I waited, but no...just wait. This would have made my appointment an hour wait!! My gawd. They could have called me or let me know as soon as I walked in the door so I could run some errands and maybe come back, but after already waiting 20 + mins and then being told it would be another 40mins!! No thanks. You're not that special and I will never go back. Been coming here for years. What a waste of time.

I went there to just have my acrylics removed and fair to say that they have absolutely damaged my natural nails. The lady working on it just cut the acrylics short and kept going over them with the machine again and again for a good 20 minutes. She then had the audacity to say my nails are too thin, my nails have never been thin and they are in fact too hard to cut even. My nails are ruined, they hurt and I can’t wash my hair, button up my clothes or do anything that involves my nails because they literally bend like wet rice paper. I’m so embarrassed of my nails now even tho my natural nails have always been something others would compliment. I would try to get my money back but I highly doubt they would acknowledge their own mistake. If they can mess up a removal this badly I wonder how bad they are at basic nail care. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have been going to this wonderful salon for almost 12 years. So much so that I continued coming to this salon even after I moved far away about 7 years ago. Absolutely delightful service by Frank, Susan and Annie. Annie does a phenomenal job with my pedicure, manicure and leg massage. She remembers my preferred nail length, gel/shellac colours and even my RA pain in the finger joints. My nails last me several weeks without breaking or cracking. Excellent workmanship. They are happy to get you water bottle anytime. Once I had a bad headache, and I was served green tea to feel better. Place is well kept and clean. All machines run well. Nice music. Overall great ambience. I enjoy chatting with Susan, Frank, Annie and other associates. In fact, after seeing how clean my feet were, my husband started going there too to get his feet and nails cleaned. Very sweet and caring folks. I will recommend this salon to everyone. Will never switch to any other nail salon.

The first time I tried this gradient effect, it felt so good. Susan is passionate, patient, skilful and delicate, with a soft and natural color palette. To be honest, I've never felt that my hands look so good!

Susan did an ombre shellac manicure and pedicure for me. She's incredibly patient, welcoming, and professional. I adore my nails and even received a lovely Christmas gift! I'll definitely be returning

I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 and had to wait about 10 mins, but I was greeted at the door and felt welcomed. It was busy and all the staff were pleasant and engaged with the customers. I went in to get my old biogel removed and a new set put on. I had an unexpected change of technicians just as my old set was being removed due to a family emergency, but I was well taken care of and everyone informed me of what was happening. I didn't have to wait long for a new technician, and she was very friendly (I'm sad I forgot to ask her name)! She did a fantastic job on my nails, took her time and made sure they were perfect. Overall, I paid $90 for my new set, removal, and design. I will definitely be back!
