Our cabin was finished just over a week ago and our experience of working with Surrey Log Cabins and Tash and Nic was brilliant. From my initial enquiry, to the delivery, construction and painting of the cabin, the service we received from everyone involved was great . They let me visit to see their cabin even though they were packing up to move the next day. The process was quick, efficient and completely hassle free. The cabin is really good quality and a great space. Toby completed the electrics for us and also did a great job, he knows the cabins well and what works best. Tash was helpful with any queries we had and responded quickly. It was a great experience from start to finish and the cabin is exactly what we wanted for a home office/TV room. I honestly do not know where to start! If you are considering a log cabin look no further than Surrey Log Cabins. Nick and Tash run an incredible family business that offer a wonderful service from beginning to end. This was a big project for me which was also somewhat daunting. I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to make it happen and Surrey Log Cabins literally made my dream come true. This is a true family business who really understand how important a project like this is to their clients. Tash manages the administration faultlesy and is in constant communication with you to ensure you know what is happening and also support with choosing paint colours to flooring. Nick with a colleague who builds the cabins is a true master of his trade. He arrived early each morning worked tirelessly throughout the day with a smile on his face and so much helpful advice. From our initial meet and site survey to the cabin being completed was 6 weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact Surrey Log Cabins. These Cabins are excellent, the wood they use is top quality and they are very sturdy. Mine is there smallest and looks great on my small garden .Tash managed to fit me into there busy schedule once I had exchanged on my house and Nic built it in two days ! I am very happy with my purchase

We can’t stop smiling! We found Surrey Log Cabins while searching something locally-based to replace our rotting summerhouse. I particularly wanted a more substantial and insulated structure – initially as a greater challenge to spiders and assorted insects. On day one, my phone call and follow up email were immediately responded to respectively by Nic and Tash while they were on holiday! On their return, Nic made a site visit to us and, when we needed assurance (before making the not insubstantial commitment), a visit to Tash at HQ (their own cabin at home) proved useful – not least in getting my husband on board! Within 3 weeks, impressive coordination ensured that cabin + all materials were ordered, delivered and cabin fully constructed. The build itself took 2 days, as did the painting (interrupted by rain). We highly recommend Nic and Tash for their knowledge, experience and efficiency, and – also for quality – the cabins from Finland and the particular materials used. Happy customers are important to this husband-and-wife team, and it has been a delight to do business with them. We are grateful to Nic for returning this week to adjust the doors and frame (after the cabin had done some settling) – and I promised we would give him a special plug… as he feels Tash gets the lion’s share of praise; he does do the hard labour after all! We also highly recommend electrician Toby who came to disconnect and seal the outdoor electrics (before Nic dismantled the old summerhouse), and then returned to reconnect to new cabling with light fixings, power sockets and floodlights; he and Callum worked until after dusk to complete the job. Loving our cabin!

After doing a lot of research on log cabins and speaking to a number of different companies, Nic and Tash from Surrey Log Cabins were by far the best in terms of pricing, dealing with issues, questions and concerns. Their entire team are highly professional, hard working and very very polite. The cabin itself is of a very good quality. I chose to go with the 5.2m x 4m with a split partition. The main selling point for me was that Nic and Tash provide a complete wrap around service in addition to the build. They arranged for the cabin to be decorated as well laying the wooden flooring. They have been amazing!!!

We could not be happier with the 5x4m cabin that the team built for us. From start to finish Tash and Nic were a pleasure to work with, and professional throughout. We had looked at several other companies, all of whom were coming in more expensive and didn't give us that warm feeling (i.e. slow to respond, vague answers etc). The build process was very quick, and was finished to a high standard. We are loving using our cabin as a office/yoga studio, and finally have some space in our house back!

From my experience there is absolutely no doubt that Surrey Log Cabins provide a 5 star product and service. We looked at many cheaper options in various garden centres but they are nowhere near the quality of the Clandon model we opted for. We wanted a slight alteration to the standard window layout which Tash and Nic had no problem accomodating. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble as they dealt with my flurry of questions before and after we placed an order in a friendly and professional way. If you are looking for top quality I definitely recommend you look no further.

We can’t express how happy we are with our cabin. We have yet to get the electrics completed but that’s down to us. The whole process with Nic and Tash has been a real pleasure. From allowing us to visit their cabin and seeing it was exactly what we had been looking for in the mine field of cabin selection. Nic coming along and doing a site visit was invaluable and made it quite clear what would be needed to avoid a disaster of the build days. Getting the cabin so soon was amazing with crazy lead times from other companies. The installation and painting were done well and the teams that came to our house were friendly snd efficient. We are overall very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Nic and Tash run a slick operation, great quality cabins, expertly installed using a friendly and skilled team of builders. Both Nic and Tash have always responded promptly to answer any questions we had with the build and specification. The build from start to finish, including base prep, construction, decking and painting in less than a week. We chose SLC on recommendation from friends and have not been disappointed with the decision.

I enquired into having a log cabin built and received a measurement and quote next day. Quick replies, fantastic communication and careful consideration taken as to how we wanted our cabin built specific to our needs. All materials delivered in correct time frame, cabin was built quickly. Quality of building seems great. The structure has completely transformed our garden and improved our living space.
