We had wooden as well as roller blinds installed. The blinds look fantastic and are of high quality. They also helped tremendously to keep the house cool during the recent heatwave. Tony and Gavin did a fantastic job. They arrived as scheduled and finished the job very efficiently. They are extremely clean and tidy, the blinds are a perfect fit. I’m extremely happy with the price and the service provided.

Tony came out to me after I’d attempted many times to contact the company that installed my awnings, without success. Tony was prompt, courteous & friendly & sorted my awnings out within minutes! He even offered to take a look at a blind he could see was broken, he fixed that too! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Awnings & Blinds & Tony.

Amazing service!! I emailed Surrey Blinds & Awnings as my garden awning had stopped working and asked if they could service and repair it. Within half an hour from sending the email, Tony called me. After I explained the problem, he talked me through a reset procedue and voila my awning was working. So impressed with this service and it has just restored my faith in the British service industry. The motor on our 7m x 3m awning failed when it was in the fully open position leaving us in quite a dangerous position. The original supplier told us the awning needed to be collapsed manually and restrained until the motor could be changed to prevent damage to the awning and house but their engineer, when he arrived a week later, was not able to do it and actually left us in a worse position. Tony and his team turned up the same day we called him and inside 20 minutes had the awning collapsed and restrained. They gave us a quote the same day and soon after that were back to fit the new motor. Fantastic service, great price and nice people.

We have recently bought a house and the awning wasn't closing. I called Surrey Blinds & Awnings to see if they could fix the issue. After providing them with photos, Tony called me back straight away, to say he believes the direction I am winding the awning is incorrect and I should try the other way. This solved the issue. I'm really grateful to Tony for assisting me when other companies would have taken advantage of the situation and probably tried to replace the awning. Thank you so much, Tony. If we are ever in need of repairs or a new awning I will only be calling Tony. You have made my day!
