I bought a Bosch GOP 40-30 multitool kit online in May 2019 (using Paypal)... no problem, fast delivery to New Plymouth from Rotorua. In August I was burgled and my tools stolen so I needed to 1. provide proof of purchase to my insurance company, and 2. replace the kit. I rang and spoke to Lesley - she was courteous and helpful and managed to locate the purchase record via Paypal records and emailed it to me immediately. I rang again today to purchase a replacement (because they sell the kit for the same price that places like Bunnings were selling the tool alone and as much as $172 cheaper than other places were selling the equivalent kit). I spoke with Ian and ordered the replacement over the phone using my credit card and he is sending it via courier today and now I am in their system for easy future queries. I found Lesley and Ian to be professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient, in contrast to some other organisations I've had to deal with for insurance purposes. I would have no hesitation in purchasing products from this firm again.

staff did not inform me you had to fill in the 3 year warranty separately, and would not help when it went wrong...
