Surfcoast Taxis (Geelong & Surfcoast)

Stan (owner) is very good took me to Geelong Station and only charged me to Torquay because I was stranded which was very kind, also runs a good service has a call centre with actual people it was a great experience :)

Called a taxi at 9.30pm from Torquay Hotel last night and advised an hour later they had cancelled my order and could not provide a taxi. Left me stranded with no way of getting back to my accommodation! Don't accept the booking in the first place if you can't do the job!

Booked a Taxi for a specific time to get work. Waiting out the front, the pick up time came and went. I tried calling but an automated voice said “We have your booking… we are currently looking for a driver!” Called again, and again to see if someone could tell me how far away the driver was, with the same automated response! It would have been so nice to be told at the time of the booking that a taxi may or may not be available at the time we booked it for!! Extremely disappointed.

Steve was a gentleman and really helped me out. Great service.

Stan and his team were super professional and reliable when booking taxis for a music festival. Communication was great and transparent, very professional all round. Would highly recommend if you're looking for taxis in the area.

I organised a taxi 48 hours in advance to pick us up in Lorne. I spoke to a woman who said it was all locked in. I received a txt on the day saying my booking was confirmed. 20 mins before we were due to be picked up, they cancelled! I rang and their operator just said "sorry, we don't have a taxi available'. The WORST service EVER!

A prebooked ride with Surfcoast taxi’s was cancelled an hour before our scheduled pick up from an event in Lorne leaving us stranded with no way to get home. Will never use again. Extremely poor service.

Fantastic communication with booking a wheelchair taxi for my dad. Steve arrived on time and was wonderfull, friendly and very gentle with dad. Steve was extremely reliable, we would highly recommend surf coast taxi service.
