Amanda gave me a great haircut!!! She was friendly and fast!!! I've been to Surecuts a few times and I've always had a good experience. Would recommend.

I guess I got lucky in the past that the one person in this so called barber shop who can do a bald fade was in. But I came in, did the little sign in thing requesting a bald fade. One of them looked at it and told me it would be 15-20 minutes, so I sat and waited for about half an hour and then when my turn was up I was informed that none of the multiple people there could do what any normal barber can and that I would need to wait an additional 40 minutes for the one person who could.
I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me when I first entered my information that they weren’t capable of providing that service. I can’t understand why a barbershop would only have only one qualified barber.
