Sureclean - House Cleaning Services Singapore

I booked a move-out cleaning with Sureclean, and the experience was fantastic! The team did an amazing job — everything was spotless, and they were very pleasant to work with. These three lovely ladies, M., M.L., and C., were so hardworking and efficient. I really appreciated their honesty in informing me that some areas were too high to reach instead of just leaving them behind. That level of communication and professionalism means a lot. Highly recommended!

Definitely not proffesional... No point giving them money for such a superficial cleaning session that you can easily do by yourself. So, I got a cleaning service from 4 very young girls who almost looked like teenagers, from this company some weeks ago right after I moved into my new place. This was the first time ever that I got a cleaning service from a company in my life, and I had just moved into Singapore being my first time in the country, so I did not know what to expect. Although at first the service seemed fine, recently however, as I inspected the cupboards that I have not used since the cleaning, I realised they still had the same stains from the time before I got the house cleaned by them! Especially the Indian girl called "G", the "leader", was so bad at cleaning and I still gave the service good review because I thought the other girls did fine. That Indian girl also insisted me to give them 5 star rating and watched me and LOOKED AT MY PHONE THE WHOLE TIME AS GAVE A REVIEW TO CHECK IF I ACTUALLY GAVE THEM 5 STAR OR NOT!! I did not take it seriously at that time but now I realised I ended up with a house that needs to be cleaned with actual "proffesionals" this time after I have checked online how other companies do an actual proffesional cleaning. So, I deleted my 5 star 'forced review' to give my actual honest review this time. Yeah, the cleaning experience I got was definitely NOT a deep cleaning, nor even a decent regular cleaning at all. It was not proffesional, especially for that price.. I had to deep clean myself every surface again and again even though I have been super busy with the work, just to get rid of the dirt and stains left behind after their so-called cleaning service! Definitely does NOT deserve 5 star. Do not ever take cleaning service from young teenagers.
