I had a great experience renting from Gregg at Supreme Rentals in Medford, MA. Gregg was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He sent photos ahead of time and made sure everything was ready when I arrived. The car I rented was a gray Dodge Charger, super clean inside and out, comfortable to drive, and in great condition. It handled perfectly in the rain and was spotless when I picked it up. Gregg went above and beyond to make sure the process was quick and easy.
