I have been working with Tim from Supreme Pest Control for many years. He has a passion for his work and consistently does an excellent job. He proactively searches out issues and has been able to respond quickly to any problems that pop up. I have referred him to all of my friends. I highly recommend this company.

They truly are the absolute best. We bought our house 7 years ago and quickly realized there was a pretty significant ant problem the previous homeowners had gifted us with. We tried several pest control companies and none of them were able to effectively rid our home of these persistent little pests. What a miracle it was when we finally found Supreme Pest Control! Tim and Jamie have truly been a godsend. He came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, found the source of the problem and treated it. At that point, we immediately signed up for recurring quarterly services and have been loyal customers for several years now. We have been incredibly satisfied with everything especially the customer service. The last time Tim came out to treat our property he noticed that the big storm that blew through the night before knocked my grill over and off my patio. He took the time to set it upright and place it back on the concrete. It really is the little things sometimes that matter the most. Aside from being great at keeping pests away, they truly care about their customers and it’s evident in their actions.

We've used Supreme Pest Control the past 10 years and have been extremely satisfied. Tim and Vanessa are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough! They don't come in your house and spray a bunch of chemicals around. Instead they treat from the outside and if you notice an issue, they'll work hard to pinpoint the source and address the root of the problem. We've always had their quarterly service, but if issues pop up in between they've always come out quickly to help resolve them. They're simply the best pest control out there!

I appreciate that they have reminders set for our quarterly spray, and they reach out to me to schedule. One less item on my list of many to dos. Throughout the seasons we’ve had a couple instances in which I’ve requested an extra spray (bugs getting out of control with the very warm weather this year) and the response from their business was - no fuss, let’s get you scheduled on our first available 👍🏻 😃 Anytime someone requests a recommendation, I am always happy and confident to recommend Supreme Pest Control because they are so reliable! 2022 - Jaime and Tim were both so friendly and welcoming (we’re new to the area). The company was recommended to us by other customers of theirs, and we’re so glad we took the referral! We’re on the quarterly treatment for pest control and fire ant treatment. Tim is very knowledgeable and really took the time to look at our home and help us pick what would work best for us. They communicate by phone and text (I like it when a business will text).

Tim came out to treat the house for insects and in less than 24 hours I can see the results. I have been losing sleep because of the crickets outside my window. Last night I actually slept peacefully. The death and destruction all around the house and garage is awesome! Thank you for ending the crickets cricketing! Highly recommend Tim! Not only does he get the job done he is a pleasure to talk to. Actually, everyone at the company is a pleasure to talk to! You can’t go wrong with Supreme Pest Control.

We have been using Supreme for several years for quarterly pest control. They are the best. Very easy to work with and have reasonable prices. They will take care of any pests in between treatments if necessary. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Tim came out with thoughtful preparations to help with a squirrel trapped in my chimney on a weekend. He was concerned about everyone's safety, including the squirrel. Within an hour, he had him safely freed into nature, and I absolutely could not have done it myself. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with Supreme Pest Control in Wylie, TX. After leaving two voicemails and not receiving a call back, I decided to reach out to them through their Facebook page. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with excuses from a lady claiming to be off that day. She took my information promising someone would call me back. Two hours later, I finally received a call from Tim, who claimed to be the owner. Not only was he unprofessional, but he also acted as if he were the only pest control provider in town with his inflated prices. To top it off, after my interaction with Tim, I was mysteriously blocked from their Facebook page. It's clear that this company lacks professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend Supreme Pest Control to anyone."
