Several years ago, Mo had saved me from an unscrupulous Beam dealer who had tried to palm off a badly repaired, second-hand vacuum on me as replacement for my own malfunctioning unit which happened still to be under warranty. When the replacement failed within a few days, Mo came to the rescue. He forced the other company to take back the replacement unit and supplied and installed a brand new one -- all for no charge whatsoever.
So this time when the unit failed -- it just wouldn't turn off unless I unplugged it -- I immediately turned to Mo. He was on scene within two days and diagnosed the problem as (eek! and horrors!) a mouse or some such rodent having nibbled on the wires. He managed to replace the length of defective wire, tuned up the whole system, and left me with an as-good-as-new vacuum and not a scrap of mess in sight.
So the lesson is -- Mo is excellent at his job, he knows what he's doing, he's reliable and honest and helpful and understanding. What's more, he's a gentleman. Thanks, Mo, for rescuing me yet again!
