Impeccable service. Needed my furnace serviced because the heat went out! My issues were addressed in a timely fashion!! I highly recommend!

I hired this technician to assess my non-functional heat pump based on many positive reviews, but my experience didn’t align with what others described. He recommended replacing my two-year-old system and proposed an expensive refrigerant recharge without first locating the leak — which seemed questionable. A second technician later found a flare fitting that was only hand-tight and confirmed the system needed 6.5 lbs of refrigerant, not the 8 lbs quoted. I also found the pricing to be extremely high. When I raised my concerns and declined to pay the assessment fee, I was told never to contact him again. I’m posting this to help others make an informed decision.
