these men came to my home and did a duct cleaning on my upstairs system and my down stairs system and me and my family have really noticed the difference in the air quality, we are breathing better and my wife has had severe allergy problems for years, she has had little to no problems ever since they have left. also the anti microbial fog that they put through our systems has left our home smelling clean and fresh. we are very greatful for these gentlemen, they came in and got the job done very efficiently they took great care of our home, did not leave a mess. these gentlemen are TOP NOTCH and VERY PROFESSIONAL. me and my family highly recommend this company for all your air quality needs.

Grant came out and did a fantastic job cleaning my lower HVAC unit last Friday; the mold was very bad. However, once the job was complete my system wouldn't come back on. After testing and working in this heat, my unit wouldn't come back on. Grant came back out the next day and still couldn't get it going. He came to me and was visibly upset, I could see it in his face and hear it in his voice. He promised to make it right and today he came out and used his money to put in a new fan motor. Our house was 86 degrees this weekend, but I was not upset. I can appreciate his desire to deliver quality service and satisfying his clients; Grant is very proud of his company and was obvious. I've been in on his side of the fence and understand. So much, I asked him to come back and perform cleaning on my upstairs unit. I don't normally leave posts like this, but I was impressed with how he handle the this ordeal and recovered well. Highly recommend his services, hard to find an honest and proud technician. Prompt efficient service. However, one of my systems was not flushed out sufficiently before they left and I had a big mess to clean up. Besides one initial response to my follow up with them on this and another question, all I got was silence. I sent numerous texts, emails, and voice mails over a period of time and was completely ignored. I think their cleaning was okay but never got the promised photos other than of some vents they cleaned. Make sure they finish to your satisfaction before paying them.
