this location refused to honor the points program discount. the national program clearly states that 400 points = free haircut, but this location would only redeem the points for $20 off their outrageously high regular price. the only reason to be loyal to a chain like this is to take advantage of the loyalty program - but now you're not honoring that?! stylist was excellent, and managment was professional and incredibly apologetic that the franchise owner refuses to honor the policy. clearly the problem is at the top above the store level. and their greed is more important than keeping repeat customers.

I got both my kids’ (boy and girl) hair cut here. Helen did a really great job! They look great, she was quick, and she was so kind and patient with them.

I was disappointed. I've never had my hair colored without a blow-out. The shampoo was not thorough and my neck and ears were full of dye. I had to wash my hair when I got home. Why let customers leave looking like hell? I just don't get it.

Been coming to Rinaldi location for 3 years every 2 months. Recently started color. Last styling on August visit didn't record color used so we had to try 2 different colors today. Stylist was nice about it today but it took a long time. We should have recorded last color used in August.

I have been coming to see Jessica since 2011. I have followed her from store to store. And every time I try someone closer to home, I end up right back in Jessica's chair. There's a reason I've continued to come back for so long. She really is the best!

Everyone Here is so nice and friendly, April Is our Girl We love her! She has been cutting my older sons hair for about a year now and she just did my babies first hair cut 🤍 Definitely recommend this location!
