New door fitted really good job done by the two installers kept us entertained while they worked as long as the kettle was on. Salesman in showroom not pushy but informed us of all the details of the door and suggested different finishes and glass choices. Third time as a customer and always pleased with the result.

We went with Supercraft for two reasons. We wanted a traditional "proper" style roof replacement on our conservatory rather than a thin composite type and also there was no heavy sell in the showroom or during the home visit, just good honest options and advice. The roof is quite large, about 7m x 4m so I was expecting issues. Supercraft communicated well and the job began on time. The lads that removed the roof and replaced it, did a lot of it in awful weather yet they completed without any damage to the conservatory or interior. The final finish of their work was excellent. The were really respectful and friendly too. The plasterer then immediately contacted us and was in within a few days as scheduled and his workmanship was fantastic. Then followed in the electricians, again with great communication and yet another decent set of lads who did an excellent job. The final result is absolutely stunning and at a price that was as cheap or cheaper than many of the composite type roofs. We are delighted with the final product and cannot recommend Supercraft highly enough. A 10 out of 10 company.

We've used them in the past and were very happy. We needed a replacement window so we rang for information. Both times no one was available and we were told someone would ring us back. Still waiting! Clearly don't want the business or just can't be bothered. Won't consider again.

Just been to supercraft to view their range of composite doors, was really pleased with their range, the salesman was kind and friendly and explained everything in detail to us before we ordered our new door. Up to now a really good company to deal with, having a surveyor come the next day is also excellent so shouldn't be too long until our new door is fitted.

Brilliant company to deal with. Great range of products. Good advice and very knowledgeable. We're a repeat customer having moved out of the area and could not find another supplier to match what they offer. Aftercare service is very good also.

Supercraft have restored my faith in the trade. The fitters arrived at 8am , they were courteous and polite. I had 4 windows and a composite door fitted. By 2pm they had finished. Recently had 8 windows fitted to the front of my cottage, chose timber effect flush fitting windows with Georgian bars in keeping with the period style of the property with the durability and ease of maintenance that composite windows provide. I have a white cottage and chose a pale grey colour called painswick. The windows are beautiful and fitted to a very high standard with period style monkey tail handles. The staff are lovely, no pushy sales tactics, excellent customer services and the fitters were incredibly respectful, always putting lots of dust sheets down to minimise dust. These windows have totally transformed our home and I would recommend Supercraft to anyone. Believe me I am the most fussiest person ever and I cannot fault them! Excellent customer service. I always believed that Supercraft were the best and this was reflected in their prices however they proved me wrong, they were actually extremely competitively priced too!

We recently had 14 windows fitted by the team at Supercraft and they look fabulous. The fitters were amazingly tidy and worked around other work being done in the house. Thanks guys! We had a great experience from start to finish and will be using them to do the rest of our windows in the future. Very highly recommended.

I chose Supercraft Windows & Conservatories because they've been around for a long time. I was not disappointed. The whole experience was amazing from begining to end. The staff in the office couldn't do enough. The windows and doors arrived on time and the fitters did a neat job. The quality and the workmanship is exceptional. My home is now transformed thanks to Supercraft. I definitely would recommend them.
