Luke is very professional, creative thinker, good problem solver, willing to learn how to work on new types of equipment. He's been fair with his pricing. I had to have my utility room plumbing, brought up to code, added shut offs, installed pressure differentials, and now repairs on filtration equipment. He's communicated well around scheduling and changes, and I appreciate his all around calm, professional demeanor. Luke helped us replace the propane gas line connected to our outdoor fire pit following an explosion due to a gas leak and previously improperly installed fire pit/gas line. Here is what you can expect when you work with Superb Plumbing: Excellent communication skills: Luke was quick to respond to our inquiry and clear with his response to all of our (many) questions. He always relayed pertinent information to us in a timely manner. Transparent and fair pricing: We shopped around at length and received quotes from at least a half dozen plumbers before finalizing our decision. By far, Superb Plumbing had the most professional and transparent quote that we were provided, all at a very reasonable price. It made us feel very confident seeing the price breakdown for all of the materials and labor up-front, rather than getting a lump-sum number without any itemization like most other plumbers gave us. Punctual and timely: Luke always arrived when he said he would, and got the job done very quickly. Knowledgeable and reassuring: Throughout the process, Luke explained exactly what was happening and was able to answer our questions.
