We came in for deworming, and the staff there were really friendly! They examined PIE, gave her some free goodies, and even a special Halloween costume! 🎃 They also surprised us with treats for our cat back home. The name truly says it all — Super Vet Pet Clinic! A big heartfelt thank you

After visiting many clinics and vets, we finally found about Super Vet Pet Clinic and they finally saved my cat from a very severe auto immune disorder. I will specially mention Dr Sami and Laiba at the reception who were so kind and patient throughout the whole process of my cats recovery. I will highly recommend you to bring your pets here without any doubt.

Dr. Sami is absolutely incredible, he quite literally saved my cat Sushi’s life. I cannot recommend this vet enough, open, honest, fair, reasonably priced, and genuinely caring. They treat pets as if they were their own. Without question, the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Sami’s compassion, professionalism, and dedication were clear. He went above and beyond, explaining everything openly and making sure Sushi was comfortable and supported. I will never forget the care she received here, this clinic is outstanding in every way. Amazing clinic! Today our kitten was taken care of by Dr. Sami, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism, kindness, and attention he gave her. He was gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped us feel comfortable and confident. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience with Super Vet Clinic. I visited in November for an emergency with my cat, who was very unwell. Because of his condition, only a partial temperature reading was taken, and he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. I was sent home with antibiotics. The next day his condition worsened, and a second clinic carried out a full examination and X-ray. They confirmed it was actually a gastrointestinal infection, and that the antibiotics and deworming given earlier were not suitable for his state. I had already paid a significant amount for a diagnosis that didn’t match his real condition. I contacted management by email but unfortunately received no further support. I’m not aiming to be harsh toward any individual vet, but I hope the clinic will review this situation and reconsider it. I’m sharing this in the hope that future emergencies are handled more thoroughly for other pet owners.

A special thank you to Dr. Rania, who went above and beyond for our cat when we brought her in one night for an emergency. She’s truly exceptional — with deep knowledge, amazing follow-up, and a genuine love for animals. She quite literally saved our cat’s life 🤍 We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Our cat spent a few days at Super Vet Pet Clinic and came back home healthy and happy! The entire staff were professional and caring especially Liva 💕 Highly recommended 🐾

Dr. Sami and other staff genuinely care — they follow up, guide you patiently, and treat every pet with love. Duke always feels at ease there, and that says it all. Truly a clinic with heart! 🐾❤️

This is my second time leaving a review because my second visit was just as good—if not better—than the first! The team is communicative, follows up, and stays in touch even outside of the appointment. I know if something happens to my cat, I can reach out and they’ll be there. Dr. Aya is amazing! she really takes the time to explain things, makes you feel at ease, and even went out of her way to run extra tests and share updates without us even asking. Genuinely kind care. Highly recommended.
