Based on prior reviews, I went here last week for a standard smog check. I did have a check engine light prior to arrival. The technician stated the vehicle failed and mentioned a few hoses that were cracked or one even disconnected. The technician did not show me those items, but did offer a free recheck within 30 days, standard practice. That visit cost me about 90 minutes of my time. I went to a different smog shop a week later, and the technician there pointed out the hoses that needed replacing immediately, showing me the disconnected hose, telling me that the other shop was lazy and should’ve pointed this out saving me time. The other technician even offered to cut new hoses if I ran down the street to a parts store and bought approximately 3 feet worth of hoses. I thanked him, he reset my check engine light, I gave him a tip and made the repairs myself after purchasing 3 feet of standard hose from an auto parts store for four dollars. I installed it in the parking lot myself using the old Worn out hose as a guide. The check engine light has now been off for three days worth of driving. It would have been nice at the shop done the same. In general service was friendly, but not very helpful in my circumstances.

The previous owners are gone. These new guys are unprofessional and will fail your car in the smog inspection, most likely on "a visual" as they tried to do with mine. They were disrespectful and abusive to my vehicle. THEY ADMITTED THEY MUST MEET THEIR QUOTA TO FAIL CARS. Con Artists!!!
