Hen showed up in 15 minutes after I locked myself out of my house! He communicated perfectly and shared options and pricing available to me. Very honest and pleasant service. I highly recommend him!

Beware: deeply unprofessional and overpriced. I had a key stuck in the ignition—not a lockout—and called to ask whether this was something they were equipped to handle or if I should take it to a mechanic. Neither the call center nor the locksmith listened carefully; they simply said “No problem” and sent someone out. The person who arrived showed up in a car with shattered windows covered by tarps—a red flag I wish I hadn’t ignored. He was surprised by what he saw, and used nothing but pliers to force the key until it snapped. He then destroyed the ignition lock and quoted me $750 to come back the next day and replace it—permanently leaving me with two different keys needed to operate the car. He repeatedly failed to follow through on promised times, constantly pushing things off. Meanwhile, I was growing increasingly anxious because my car was now illegally parked, and I had lost trust in the locksmith entirely. After spending nearly $400 with no resolution, I finally fired them and called a tow truck to take the car to my regular mechanic. The difference was night and day: the tow driver was professional, and my mechanic rebuilt the ignition, salvaging the original key—and charged me less than half of what the locksmith quoted. Everyone I’ve shared this story with agrees: I called the wrong people. The worst part is how sketchy the reviews are—why are all the glowing 5-star ratings from just the past couple of months? There’s nothing consistent or trustworthy about this operation. My advice: look elsewhere. There are better, more reputable locksmiths out there.

Hen came in 15 minutes and he was super nice and efficient! He got his job done less than 30 mins and saved me a big time being locked out of my apt at midnight😭😭 he truly went above and beyond and I highly recommend him! Also if you are in a tight budget, I called around to get a quote, this company offered the best price as well. Thanks much for the outstanding service!

DON’T BOTHER. Go with someone local instead that actually has an office you can reach instead of a mass distribution call center. You’ll save yourself time and most importantly, you won’t get severely ripped off. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using Super Locksmith 24/7 Emergency unless you’re okay with extra charges that can’t/won’t be explained properly, or if you don’t want them to damage your property before they extort you for nearly $300 to get a regular lock open. I’m only resorting to writing this review because I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m never going to have someone follow up on this egregious overcharge (because managers don’t exist within this business for whatever reason) and I never intend on using their services again. We called for a house lockout on Thursday March 6th, 2025 and was quoted by the call distribution center that the service was estimated to be around $180. Still pretty steep compared to similar locksmith services we’ve called in the past but it was the first number that popped up on Google and we were in a rush to pick someone up from the airport, so we bit the bullet. Locksmith comes, takes about 90 seconds to get the door open— however, not without making side comments about how “complicated” our door knob was and how it was similar to “bank locks”. I only mention this because I believe this was probably one of the reasons the tech overcharged us… $284. The doorknob was from Home Depot… it wasn’t a special lock by any means. Any locksmith would know that surely. On top of him complaining about how “special” our lock was, he damaged the doorknob in the process of getting the door open (see photo attached)— also something that has never happened with any previous locksmith company we’ve used. When we asked him why we were quoted $180 from the call center, his response was “if we only charged $180 for these services, we wouldn’t be able to run a business” and then also said he’s “just the tech” and basically blamed it on the call center as to why we were quoted a different price. We paid him (but was never given an itemized receipt with the breakdown of the charges and service fees) because he had already performed the service, but I still wanted to speak to someone about the pricing discrepancy in their business model (or lack there of from what I can find online). It seriously would have cost me WAY less money to send an Uber to the airport to pick my friend up had I known these guys would charge me damn near $300 to open a regular ass Home Depot lock. So I’ve been calling for the past 72 hours to speak to a manager/supervisor that can explain the price quoted vs. the price charged, and to request a receipt. Every time I call, someone tells me that my concern will be “escalated to a manager” and that “someone will call me back by the end of the day”. I just got off the phone with two reps (Ram & Josh), the first of which HUNG UP ON ME after reading a line from what must be their call center training— and the second also reading the same line, which is: “the reason a manager can’t speak to you now is because there isn’t one available but please rest assured that this will be escalated and a manager will call you back today”. Seeing as how I’ve called at various times of the day (morning & afternoon) but have still been waiting for a manager to call me, the only thing I can think of is that there isn’t anyone in management within this organization. Service is far from friendly, both from the call center to the technician that complained about my “super complicated” lock. Call center is trained get you off the phone as quickly as possible and to dismiss customer concerns by promising them that a manager will follow up “soon”. They’re also trained to panic and hang up on you if you try to ask ANYTHING about when a manager will call or even if you ask for a manager’s name. The last one literally said “give me one moment while I look up the manager’s information for you” and then hung up on me after.
