Don't get your bike repaired here! Left my Viper Max, a derivative of an Emmo, there in the early winter of 2025., I finally got it back destroyed In September of this year, Super E-Bike Barrie did not know what was wrong so started to pug and play with parts they had (not many in stock obviously). No knowledge whatsoever of what they were doing and obviously no test tools. When they gave it back they did so in pieces for me to figure. I had been almost a year without. They don't care. When I got it back many essential parts were missing such as the brake sensors, head lamps and turn signal indicators. Many pieces but those weren't there. Wires had been snipped and no way to see where they began from. It was like it was ripped apart by a ferocious beast, just a pile of parts like from a wreakers. They said it was a fair trade to give it back to me this way. I should be thankful at no charge. The Barrie Boss, Andrew, said he will not task his mechanic to put in further time as he needs the guy to assemble the sale products out of boxes that are flying out the door. There is a knowledgeable sales person named Gray. That is why they are busy with lots of product. Gray can't help my experience, but surely knows. Shop there with Gray, but NEVER go back for repairs, you may be on your own once out the door. I then took the bike and all the parts to the parent store in Orillia, owner of the Super E-Bike franchise name. They would not touch it! As the parent Co. they would not, or could not, help even after I dove it all the way there. Next I dove it all the way to TO where CHERRY E-Bike fixed everything . It was only the controller in the bike at fault, not the lights or any thing else! (it should have been a $500 easy fix, I was told). Look at what Barrie has and then buy it in Toronto! In Toronto they may charge you $100 for delivery to Barrie but that would be soo worth it!

I had my e-bike stolen and recovered, and it needed some serious work. The team at Super E Bike was fast, friendly, and efficient! They got my bike fixed up and running perfectly again in no time. Excellent service and great people — I highly recommend them!

Don't even want to give one star. Took bike in with second flat tire. Charged for new tube and tire and labor, they just shifted old tube over and patched it. Got about 1km. Tire flat again. Do not give these people your business. Took the bike to Orillia, the bike was road ready within hours. Received store credit for my effort. I have taken another to be repaired. Bike wouldn't turn on and again, received notice within an hour that the bike was ready. No charge. Barrie-0 Stars. Orillia gets 11 out of ten stars. Friendly, polite, and they have a great guard cat.

Purchased an e bike and I honestly had the best experience and service they made it really easy to do everything online and had the greatest service with TONY fast replies weather it was business hours or not :) will definitely be back in the future

I purchased a brand new e-bike from Super E-Bikes Barrie and within the first week it developed major issues: the range display showed only half the advertised distance at full charge, and the front wheel made a loud “whoop” noise from the brakes/rotor area. When I contacted the company, instead of honoring the warranty, they dragged the process out with repeated requests for unnecessary videos and even suggested I ride the defective bike and have someone film me — which is unsafe. They also told me I would need to pay for pickup and repairs, even though the bike is under warranty and Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act makes clear that warranty repairs must be free. Out of frustration, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario. Both confirmed my rights, but Super E-Bikes has since refused to answer their calls. This company has shown zero accountability, and dealing with them has been extremely frustrating. A new bike should not fail within a week, and warranty service should not involve delays, excuses, or dodging regulators. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase here.

Went to look at E-bikes as I wanted for awhile. Friendly staff try to show you the basics and show what's best for you. Ended up getting a great deal on a awsome bike. Had it delivered and I am enjoying the freedom very much. Only issiue I had was when the bike arrived the brakes were very soft and was able to push the bike and roll the wheels with brakes on hard. Easy to adjust but other then that no problems!

If I could give bonus stars, I most certainly would!! Hats off to the boys (and lady on Tuesdays and Thursdays) down at Super E Bikes Barrie. Had a great experience from the second I walked in the door. Andrew is an awesome guy and super chill to deal with, but the salesman of the year award has to go out to Gray. Man, give that guy a raise. 👏 Above and beyond. Thanx a mill 🏍

Great customer service, Great pricing for delivery options and for services. Only issue i did have was lateness on picking up the scooter. Totally understand with traffic and such Nonetheles, highly recommended for your scooter needs and repairs

My partner and I first got our Emmo GT84 from Super E-bikes barrie in 2022, and it was an amazing experience buying from them. They made the entire process a breeze. We recently took Gemini (our E-bike) in for maintenance, and they took great care of her. The total cost was very affordable & the service was great. Will 100% be returning for all her future needs.

At 78, I bought my first ebike here. I had done my research and had an exceptional experience when dealing with everyone in the Barrie store. The sales people were very well informed, listened well and were very patient (I had alot of questions). So imagine how upset I was, a few weeks later, when my new ebike wouldn't charge. It was around Canada day, and their phones weren't being answered so finally I drove to the location. I was very frustrated and they were very understanding. The guys were helpful, didn't make me feel stupid and solved the problem in less than a minute Thank you so much! I highly recommend this shop & people.
