As you can see in the photos, my husband and I had planned quite the hardscape project and were looking for a company up to the task of executing our ideas within our very detailed plan. When Logan came out to talk with us, he was just as excited about our project as we were! We had spoken with several contractors but once we met with Logan, we felt confident in the SunSouth team's ability to create a great product and stay within our budget. In an effort to get our project moving, he worked diligently and quickly, getting us quoted for the project and was most patient with all our questions and new ideas, giving us honest feedback to help with selections. Logan also took care of all the info for our HOA, all we had to do was submit it. His dedication to our project did not waver from beginning to end. Ginny, the project scheduler was on top of the schedule, notifying us of each step to ensure we could start as soon as we got HOA approval. Once the project started, we were thrilled with the team of skilled workers that created this work of art. These gentlemen were conscientious craftsmen and worked together as if building their own patio. The temperature and humidity truly was unbearable and yet, they worked each day in the oppressive heat with dedication and determination to create it with much pride in every detail. The entire SunSouth Carolinas crew was absolutely amazing! Logan did a fantastic job of designing our extended patio, fireplace and privacy wall. Ginny was a delight to work with as she kept me in the loop with lining up the workload throughout the process. Our foreman Luke and his crew were very professional and their attention to detail simply amazed me. SunSouth did an amazing job from start to finish. They were thorough and professional throughout entire process. The terrain in our backyard was steep and presented numerous drainage challenges. Carlos (owner) has excellent vision in designing a project that looks like it was part of our house to begin with and allowed for effective drainage. Craftsmanship and quality of work was flawless and a very good value. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else and would hire them without hesitation again for future projects.

I just had a paver collection added to my front porch which was the 2nd job done by SunSouth Carolinas that turned out great!!!! Do not think twice about the service or quality provided by Carlos and his Team. Carlos and his professional Team finished my patio and walkway today. I have followed Carlos’s work for 2 years waiting until I was ready for my job. These guys are very professional, clean, neat and courteous! As a Business Owner, I can’t overestimate the importance of customer service. SunSouth Carolinas gets that. In all phases of their work, this was exemplified as they built our pergola. Carlos, the owner came out initially to quote the job, but also several times during the project to make sure things were running smoothly. Their construction teams were timely, professional, and always cleaned up the area prior to leaving for the day. Ginny in the office is the communication link. She let me know when the materials would arrive and who was coming out to do what and when I should expect them. Ginny worked with the county on the permit and a couple outside contractors on our behalf. She responded very quickly to the many questions I had, which is rare in a service company today. It is nice to see a company that does a great job all the way thru. They are not perfect, but rectify things quickly and do everything to exceed your expectations. I would highly suggest them for your next project.
