I am extremely happy with how my backyard landscaping project turned out. I had a sloped backyard that needed a retaining wall to level the backyard, along with a new paver patio and fire pit, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the process, the project stayed on schedule and within estimated budget, and the quality of work is excellent. The entire SunSouth Carolinas crew was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again on future projects.

Cannot say enough positive things about SunSouth Carolinas. They did a phenomenal job with my patio project. Everything from the quote, to the design process, scheduling, and execution was professional and the team was extremely communicative throughout. They took my loose requirements and turned it into a beautiful and FUNCTIONAL design. They installed my patio, extended my mulch beds and added in the flagstone path- and they left the worksite as clean as they found it. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!

The entire SunSouth Carolinas crew was absolutely amazing! Logan did a fantastic job of designing our extended patio, fireplace and privacy wall. The first question anyone reading a review when researching a company to build a project at their home is, if we could do the project all over again would we choose SunSouth Carolina’s again? The answer is yes 100%. Second question everyone wants to know. Did we finish on budget and did they change the price at all at the end? Yes we finished within budget and they did not adjust a single dollar in the cost. Third question everyone wants to know. Would we call SunSouth for our next outdoor project? 100% they would be my first call. From the existing excellent reviews and to what I now know about how SunSouth operates their business they have built a trust with us that makes me confident in them working at my home. We chose SunSouth to build our pool after interviewing six contractors in total. They installed an Imagine Fantasy Pool in grey with a paver surround that matched the existing retaining wall, and river rock dry creek beds for context of the project. Logan came out for our consult, heard all of our wants, and quickly put a design together to show us the potential for our new space that would be cohesive with our existing landscape. We had a challenging space to work with our hill and existing retaining wall. He worked magic that translated into a well executed final product. His professionalism and confidence is really what moved us to choose SunSouth Carolina’s for our pool project. Dig day came quick and was on time as scheduled. All the crews came together and worked in unison and set the pool in the ground with full of water in a single day, it was quite impressive to watch it all happen. Christina one of the owners came out and spent all day on site to make sure everything went well. Once the pool was in there was still a bunch of work ahead in terms of dirt removal, inspections, electrical, grading, prepping, hardscaping, drainage, river rock etc. all that work was coordinated well by SunSouth. All in all it took about 6-7 weeks or so to get everything wrapped up which is pretty fast in terms of installing a swimming pool and the other scope of work to go along with it especially since with project was going through all the winter holidays. Finally we’re done and we are very happy with the end result! The SunSouth team is great through and through. The owners Christina and Carlos work with their team not stand above them. It’s clear they care about each project and their customers not just the revenue. Ginny the office manager is much more than that, she is the communication lifeline and coordinates everything. Her ability to address and resolve any situation without hesitation speaks volumes. Fernando and the crew that built everything are some of the hardest working people I have met and it is very evident they care about their craft and customer satisfaction. I walked him through our vision for a patio extension. The end design he came up with exceeded our expectations, and it was obvious he had listened carefully to everything we said was important to us, as well as staying within our budget. SunSouth was amazing to work with from start to finish! We hired them to build out a backyard patio, firepit, and stone planter, as well as to extend our front driveway out a few feet each direction. Early on we knew we made the right choice, as the design, quoting, and contracting process was interactive and detailed. The office staff were wonderful in helping us pick materials and make tweaks to the design along the way. During construction, we were very impressed with the quality of the work and how well it all came together in the end. A few weeks out now and we are loving the new additions to the home!
