We just wanted to share some of the extra precautions we have begun to take to protect our employees, our clients, and our loved ones.
Each morning, we are taking the temperature of all technicians that are in the field, and checking in closely with them on any health concerns for themselves or family at home. Where there is a concern we are having people stay home.
We are heightening awareness and training on social distance, elbow bumps, hand washing, personal proximity, etc.
As a general practice, we maintain social distance by working individually as often as possible and doing the exterior of a building, but extra precaution is being taken as conditions require. In certain cases and interior of homes and office buildings, technicians will be wearing gloves.
Additionally with any services done by our company we have been adding extra value by cleaning/sanitizing high attention areas.
The focus of these cleanups is:
High attention areas such as; Door handles, push plates, light switches, handrails, copiers, coolers, counters, sinks, ledges, all elevator and stairway surfaces, chairs and armrests, desks, countertops, telephones, computers, soap and paper dispensers, kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
We are and will continue to be monitoring the latest updates from the CDC and WHO, as it all seems to be a moving target.
