They were so efficient and easy to work with from start to finish! They responded promptly to my inquiry for a septic inspection and had me scheduled for two days later! They were kind and very informative at the inspection. Then reports were received in a speedy turn around time! Thank you so much guys! Will definitely use them again!

HONEST, IMFORMATIVE, POLITE! This is the 3rd time we are maintaining our septic tank. HOWEVER! Sunshine Septic is the first company to pump out BOTH sides of the tank (which we were not aware there are two lids to do that!) and clean the filter. The two previous companies NEVER pumped out the second side and had to be reminded to clean the filter. Sunshine Septic could have done the same thing and we would of been none the wiser, that the second lid was there and needs to be pumped out as well. They could have cut corners BUT was Honest and informed us of the second side lid. Which was included in their price to pump out the tank. Thank You Sunshine Septic, my new go to Septic Company!

Sunshine Septic truly came through when we needed them most. We had a septic emergency on Christmas, and even though it was a holiday, they responded quickly and stayed in contact with us. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get out until Monday, but once they arrived, they were efficient, professional, and extremely reasonable. Not only did they take care of the immediate issue, but they also identified and fixed additional problems we didn’t even know existed. I will use them for any septic service in the future, and the reasons are listed below. We had Sunshine Septic service our system last Tuesday. I am extremely happy with the results. The service was excellent. My wife handled the visit since I was at work and called me to say the techs were very professional, extremely friendly, and very thorough. They took the time to explain each step as they went and answered any questions she had without using any industry-specific jargon. The most important point: Yes, it costs $85 more than the last company (King-Septic) I used. But, here's why: That other company did a hasty and incomplete job (they didn't even clean the filter) and never returned to correct the problem or complete the service. They simply abandoned the service altogether, and I have spent the last three months trying to get them to complete it over the phone. After countless headaches, I went with Sunshine Septic! Sunshine Septic is worth every penny. They have shown me that you do not always get the best service by accepting the lowest bid. You get quality and professionalism that will save you headaches, hassles, and incomplete work. It's a case of 'you get what you pay for' that I'll never forget regarding septic service.

We have used Sunshine Septic for our rental properties in the area and they are fast to schedule and affordable. We had a major issue at the last house they serviced and Ben went above and beyond trying to help fix our issue. Being a property management company in TN, it helps to have vendors who can be our eyes for us in FL. He communicated every step of the way and was super transparent. Ben is the reason I will be using this company for any time one of our houses need it.
