At a time where you needed help and support this Sunlight were Amazing! We had a water heater flood our daughters bedroom on a weekend and Patrick immediately gave me excellent advice over the phone and supported us with all the equipment to rectify and rescue the situation. The service and interactions with Patrick and the whole team were wonderful and they really done all they could for us at a crazy stressful time. They take time to understand and explain and are fair in terms of the estimates and costs. I would recommend Sunlight to everyone, they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you guys!

Had a bit of a rough start as needed tool had to be transported from the valley. BUT...Josh made up for it with his balance of professional demeanor and kindness. I would definitely refer Sunshine! (Previously had them for carpet cleaning...they were respectful and thorough 👍)

First of all, I don't appreciate your response and what you are implying because I did involve the police and I emailed the police report number to Bryan before Christmas. It is filed at the Phoenix Police Department and in case you can't see the photo that well the police report number is 202401828302. It states all the items stolen from my driveway and how it happened. Second of all, no one in your company ever suggested I call the police. First they said they would take care of it since they were responsible but never did it. Third of all, I would think that the owner of successful company would at least talk to a customer prior to slamming him on Google reviews but hey that's just how I think. You must know more than I do since I'm so hesitant. What I do know is the company that holds the contract for the project is liable for damages and or lost and stolen property regardless if they chose to hire a sub contractor. My insurance doesn't know who Anthony's paint company is but they do know Sunshine Restoration and they will come for their money after I explain who is responsible for my property being stolen and then there will be all the court cost, attorney fees, and pain and suffering for the time, attitude, and slander that I have had to deal with trying to get things back to how they were before your company ever set foot in my residence. I have text messages, emails, and phone calls for evidence for most of the problems your company has filled my life with for the past 5 months so all it is for me is time. Just waiting for you to walk away without compensating me so you can't claim you were going to do it at the end of the job or whatever. You know, the nail in the coffin so to speak.

The experience with Sunshine Restoration has been a pleasant and flawless one. My house flooded from 2nd story down and Sunshine came out day off to scope damages. Within a week, the whole house was mitigated and ready for reconstruction. Their communication is top tier and Juan, Jeremy, Ethan, Patrick, and Aaron were respectful, hardworking, communicative and did a very great job at explaining everything as it occurred. Juan (different gentleman than mitigation) with reconstruction came by to assess and provided the same experience of making the customer feel taken care of. I highly recommend Sunshine Restoration as a local gem. Rachel at the front office was also wonderful and helpful. Reconstruction still has to occur so I’ll leave a subsequent review once everything is complete. Overall, happy we chose Sunshine in this time of need.

I worked with Nick Notte from Sunshine Restoration who came out to provide an estimate for some water damage repair. Nick was excellent! He was everything you would come to expect from a professional: patient, informative, positive and supportive. I was very happy to work with him and absolutely recommend him as well as the other team members at Sunshine Restoration. 10/10 absolute recommend. Believe the positive reviews, these guys are incredible.

Sunshine Restoration came to the rescue after a water leak in my laundry room. Nick Notte came out and did an estimate to remove some black mold that had appeared where the leak was. He was very kind and understanding and explained in detail what needed to be done. Then Jeremy Gray came a couple weeks later, vacuumed out the mold and treated the area so it wouldn’t grow back. Both Nick and Jeremy were amazing to work with and so was Abby, the receptionist who took my initial phone call to this company. She was very sympathetic to what happened at my house and I knew I was in good hands. Jeremy got all the mold removed in one day and was very pleasant as a worker to have in my home. He kept me updated on what he was doing.

Nick Payne & his co-worker, Jake arrived early, cleaned each vent, the ducts and my dryer vent! An exemplary job done. The response for this was scheduled quickly to be able to install the new efficient equipment that doesn’t have mold in the air handler! They did not disappoint me at all, they are very clean, professional and personable. All ducts were & are still mold free and I am extremely grateful for the way they worked with me. Thank you SUNSHINE RESTORATION for great employees and a job well done. See you in 5 years or so!

The guys at Sunshine were fantastic to work with. As with any project things can become a bit hectic, however; Juan, Jonathan, and Arturo were accommodating and understanding to not only my schedule, but also working around my family's personal needs. Down to the very last detail, these gentlemen always followed up, followed through and made sure their work was superb! THANKS GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!!

Juan Ramirez was our project manager. He did an excellent job. He delivered the estimate quickly and the team completed the work on time and with good quality and attention to detail. At one point there was going to be a substantial change fee for completing the work due to an unexpected situation but the team very professionally figured out a workaround and we never incurred that change fee. I would highly recommend them.

I had a major water mishap my home. The crew did as much as they could to salvage furniture and carpeting. At the final stage of cleanup, Juan and Jude did a phenomenal job. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Joanne Meehan.
