I am working as an SDO, and I recently availed services from Sunshine Pest Control Pvt Ltd for waterproofing, piping reticulation, and tile adhesive work. I must say their team demonstrated excellent professionalism and technical knowledge throughout the project. Extremely disappointing experience. The lady handling the bookings displayed a complete lack of professional knowledge, and her manner of speaking was highly discourteous and unprofessional. Dealing with her was both unpleasant and frustrating. Furthermore, I had availed termite treatment from this company and was assured a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, when assistance was required later, my calls were repeatedly ignored and no response was provided. Such conduct reflects very poor customer service. I strongly advise others to consider a more reliable and professional pest control company.

Very poor service….. i am calling them from last 1 week but the lady answering call everytime is extremely unprofessional and she didn’t even respond quickly and no one is coming for site visit even after sharing all the details.

Last year in April 2025, had done pest control at my home from them. To my surprise, i can see ants again which is really disheartening, earlier i had same thing at my other home from other vendor where it remain effective for 3years. Paid almost 1800 but not at all satisfied
