Extremely disappointing experience. The lady handling the bookings displayed a complete lack of professional knowledge, and her manner of speaking was highly discourteous and unprofessional. Dealing with her was both unpleasant and frustrating. Furthermore, I had availed termite treatment from this company and was assured a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, when assistance was required later, my calls were repeatedly ignored and no response was provided. Such conduct reflects very poor customer service. I strongly advise others to consider a more reliable and professional pest control company.

Sunshine employees are highly professional. They really demonstrate commitment for their work. I had pest and termite control contract with some other agency before this and I am so glad for having contract with Sunshine this time . Trustworthy team. I really appreciate their service . 👏👏
