My wife suffered for months with chronic migraines and hemi facial spasms, we went to many doctors and could not find her relief After being in constant pain almost 24 hours a day we were referred to Dr. Malik From the first moment we walked into the office they listened to everything she had to say and they did everything they could to try to help her until they found a solution thanks to Dr. Malik and her team. It has been five months and my wife has not had a migraine. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Malik I thank her and her staff for all they do. We would also like to thank the staff at the Trinity office, they are all wonderful to deal with

Do not go here if you value your time and health. If by need a neurologist, stay away from this place. I made three appointments and never once saw the doctor. The receptionist is nice but completely incompetent, messing up my appointments three times! She also can't take a message. Once I got a call back from someone other than my doctor telling me I was scheduled for a telephone visit to have a prescription refilled and wanting to collect a copay. I just had a question about my medication I was prescribed. For my first two appointments, I saw two different physician assistants when I was expecting the doctor. They both prescribed medications that made me way worse than when I started. The first one ordered a CT scan. My insurance deemed it not medically necessary after the fact and wouldn't pay. I had to fight to get the doctor to appeal it and justify her order. For the second test, ordered by a different assistant, they kept forgetting to send the order and I finally just hand delivered it. They also forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. The second test ended up being the wrong test for my symptoms and proved nothing. I got to pay for that too. For my final appointment, I showed up and the office was closed. When I called, the same receptionist that scheduled my appointment said that office is closed on Fridays. She didn't tell me that it would be somewhere else when I made the appointment.
