Massage by Mei at Sunshine health. Any style massage $60/hour. Free hot stones. We offer Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, chair massage, Hot Stone and Cupping. My treatments are based on the natural science of the human body and the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition we have incorporated complementary therapies, including Yoga and Meditation. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is thousands of years old. Its basic concept is that a vital force of life, called Qi, surges through the body in pathways called meridians. Any imbalance to Qi can cause disease and illness. Our Massage Techniques can restore the balance of Qi and improve your well-being.

I had a 90-minute massage at Sunshine Health with Mei, the owner, and it was one of the most profound bodywork experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve had many massages over the years. Mei carries both deep intuitive awareness and strong clinical skill. She understands anatomy, pressure, and fascia on a technical level, but she also works with a grounded, calming presence that feels almost meditative. It was clear she was not just “doing a massage” — she was listening to my body. The results have been remarkable. I am now on day three post-session and have zero aches or pains anywhere. My nervous system feels regulated, my body feels aligned, and even my eyesight feels clearer. That tells me the work went beyond muscle tissue — it supported circulation, lymphatic flow, and overall balance. This was therapeutic, restorative, and energetically uplifting all at once. I will absolutely be rescheduling. If you’re looking for bodywork that is both clinically effective and spiritually attuned, Mei at Sunshine Health is exceptional.
