We are extremely happy with our new deck. The quality of work is excellent. The crew ran into a few complications during our project and Jerrid made sure to take the time and fix it right - even though in meant a few more days of work than originally planned. Jerrid's communication and responsiveness was great. We received a few different cost estimates and Jerrid's price was right in line with the others. We went with Sunshine as they had the best reviews and really glad we did.

Jerrid and his worker were absolutely wonderful! Jerrid had great communication and kept us posted every step of the way. They were very polite and friendly. They were even ok with loving on our pets. They worked very hard and paid close attention to detail! We even loved his variety of music choices….classic rock, Christian, etc. He was all around a great human being. We were truly blessed to have this chance to work with him. We wanted to replace and extend our old deck. When we spoke to Jerrid, he said there were a few previous projects he had worked on nearby and that we could go and see his work. We went ahead and are absolutely thrilled with our new deck - we love it and thinks it looks amazing. Jerrid and his team did a fantastic job removing some old stairs and replacing with a lovely 8x10 deck. They got the entire job done in one weekend. They were very friendly, left the backyard cleaner than they found it and fixed a gate to my backyard free of charge. Would highly recommend!

My parents worked with Jerrid a few years ago and highly recommended him. He did such an amazing job on their deck, they had 2 more families on the same street who contracted with Jerrid. When we began obtaining bids for a new deck construction, Jerrid not only had the best customer service, but his price was the best out of all of the bids we received. After we had a project start date, his communication was phenomenal. If the weather was bad, he would send us an update as to the status. I can't say enough positive about him; communication, craftsmanship, attention to detail, offering suggestions for any questions we had and all the while, created a masterpiece in our back yard. We live in a neighborhood where houses are fairly close to each other and Jerrid was able to construct a privacy wall to offer a little extra customization and privacy. Jerrid and his team did an excellent job (especially in the 105 heat wave) replacing my old unsafe deck with one that will last decades. Hard working, honest, and will go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right.
