Hey landlords have I got a suggestion for you, give your tenants a skip bag.I would suggest a 2M3 or 3M3 they can ideally tuck down the side of the house and put those pesky palm fronds in it when they fall off, or are out off. Once full, be it 1 month or a year, no mater call me and I will remove and replace said bag with another one. Now thetas a good idea right?
PS. I do the with my own rental property in Brisbane, works a treat
