Two of the three toilets at this Buderim property had stopped flushing altogether, and the third was leaking into the bowl. The outlet valve mechanisms had worn to the point of failure. Our plumber replaced the outlet valve on each cistern, retaining the existing mounting brackets where they remained serviceable. A full cistern service including inlet valve replacement would have been the more comprehensive approach, but the owner opted for outlet valve replacement only given budget considerations.
