I love Dr, Ibrahim, but the office staff is the reason I give it a 1 star. They don’t answer phones, return phone calls, respond to text messages, or emails. Once the doctor has told us the meds we are switching to, it takes days to get it as the office staff does not work in a time manner to get us the consent form to sign, nor get our signed form back to the doctor in order to get our prescription filled. It’s unacceptable when we depend on these medications.
Friday…3 days since appointment and 2 days since consent form was signed, and still no prescription has been called in. Finally reached someone by phone on Thursday, and was assured it would be handled yesterday. It wasn’t! Guess we’ll enter into next week almost one week since the appointment before it’s possibly called in. Absolutely ridiculous! No excuse for this. How hard is it to call in or fax a prescription???
