Raven with Sunrise was fantastic. From the start, everything was well communicated and fast or timely. I was extremely impressed with the whole process. I even signed up for Sunrises Monthly subscription and consider them my Plumber. They Did A install of a Gas Heater just days before our snow and ice and also did all that comes with the subscription. I highly recommend Sunrise and their whole team.

Raven was service professional that came out to my house and I am so thankful for him as I had what I thought was a little issue ended up being a two day repair issue with many obstacles to overcome!! Raven came up with a call to action plan and implemented it and after two full days of service, finally my toilet/plumbing is working like it should be!! I also like to thank Mandy for her professionalism and kindness over the phone and assisting on making sure that all my needs and repairs got handled as well!! Matt at Sunrise Plumbing was a lifesaver for us! We had a mysterious leak that appeared on New Year’s Day and we were having difficulty finding someone that could come out and look at it asap. Matt came within 30 minutes of calling and quickly diagnosed the issue as a pinhole leak in copper pipe. He was able to replace that section of pipe and resolve the issue within 2 hours. Extremely professional, affordable, didn’t charge extra for an emergency visit, and he cleaned up after the repair was made. I have had some not so great experiences with plumbers in the past, and I am SO relieved and grateful to have found a company that I can depend on.

My wife noticed our downstairs toilet was flushing slowly. I replaced the internal parts, but it didn’t help, so we called Sunrise Plumbing based on their consistently great reviews. Raven arrived on time, asked a few questions, and checked under the house. We have a septic system with a grinder pump, and he quickly found the problem—a broken connection and failed float valve. He gave me a written estimate, and after doing some research, I found the price to be fair. Most importantly, I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of the situation. He also suggested adding an alarm that would alert us if the float valve failed again, which showed he was thinking about preventing future problems—not just fixing the current one. Raven is a veteran, and we had a great conversation. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Raven and Sunrise Plumbing.

We renovated an older home with many plumbing issues…new toilet, parts for toilet, clogged drains requiring multiple snaking, outside faucets replaced. Matt is awesome and doesn’t stop till everything is working properly. I would highly recommend this company. It is family owned and their ethics and professionalism are definitely admirable.

Wow! What a pleasant experience. Matt was incredibly professional, showed up right on time, kept my home clean and most importantly solved my issues! He was here several hours and changed my water pressure valve, replaced an outside spigot and then when in my crawlspace found that the contractor that remodeled my bathroom had not connected my shower drain!!! He showed me the pics! I couldn’t believe it and am lucky he found it. I highly recommend Matt and Sunrise Plumbing!

Matt and Raven with Sunrise Plumbing were exceptional! They were a pleasure to work with and were very efficient in repairing the issues I had with my toilets and the water pressure in the one bathroom. I have joined their membership program and look forward to working with them in the future.

The guys at Sunrise Plumbing were prompt and helpful when our water heater suddenly stopped working. They had a new water heater installed quickly and communicated with me throughout the process. I also appreciated that they were neat and tidy during the installation process as well as during cleanup.
