Honestly if I could leave this place 0 stars I would. My husband had a root canal done about a month ago (somewhere else) after a month developed an infection so bad his whole right side of his face swelled up that his eye was basically shut. We went to the ER the day before we came here and they said the abscess wasn’t developed yet to drain. So the next day the abscess developed & was enormous & it was a Sunday this was the only place open. So we went in & made an appointment the Saturday night before for 9am on Sunday when we came in like 3 people who checked in AFTER us who didn’t even have major issues compared to losing your vision in one eye. When we said something to the receptionist after waiting for 20 minutes she said “they are already existing patients” but they all were filling out new patient forms just like we did. We finally got called back & they say that the CT which they charged me $300 for even tho I have insurance & insurance covers all medically necessary procedures. They told him he has a hole in his bone in the tooth which 3 other dentists told him after that the tooth is completely fine. Sunrise dental was trying to scam him into taking out the tooth completely and trying to get a bridge and an implant & gave us the break down that insurance does not cover anything. I logged in to my insurance plan & showed them the exact procedure they’re speaking of was covered under my insurance plan at that point they didn’t know what to say other than “you know dental work is expensive” which made me giggle so I told her yea well having a baby especially via c-section is also expensive but my insurance covered 90% of my entire bill. This place is nothing but a scam they kept trying to convince him to remove the tooth even after telling them 5+ times he just wanted them to drain the abscess. Avoid this office at any cost if you can & if you have been here already take a look at your bill & contact your insurance to make sure you’re not paying for something you shouldn’t be. I will also be reporting them to my insurance company so they are aware they are committing insurance fraud as well as whatever else they may be doing.

Was on vacation over half way across the USA and ended up needing an emergency operation done from a super bad infection and made it from the ER to the dentist and finished treatment in under 12 hours. Dr. Harkaran Hans quickly identified the issue and gave recommendations then did the procedure smoothly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. As well Dr. Prabhjot Sidhu for being a valuable second opinion on the situation. Amazing service all around from the entire team with the situation they were handed.
