Good morning I would like to give a huge thank you to Sunrise Dental in Issaquah Truly Changed My Life! I want to take a moment to celebrate Sunrise Dental in Issaquah, because they have gone above and beyond for me in ways I’ll never forget. I had a really bad experience with a dentist here in Moses Lake. Two of my root canals from that office failed, and I ended up with a cracked tooth on top of that — three teeth total. My face was swollen, and for months my body had been fighting infections I thought were sinus issues. Even my doctor couldn’t figure out what was going on, and he reminded me he’s not a dentist. It wasn’t until that tooth cracked that we finally discovered the real problem.the failed root canals were making me sick ! Round and rounds of antibiotics.when I went to my dentist here in Moses they downplayed didn’t want to do anything unless I paid them 5k in 2 payments as they didn’t accept both my insurances which I didn’t realize till afterwards. When I reached out to Sunrise Dental, they didn’t hesitate. They got me in on an emergency Sunday appointment — something most offices would never even consider. They treated me with urgency, compassion, and skill. They worked with me on everything: insurance, billing, payments, scheduling — whatever it took to get the job done professionally and with true craftsmanship. I’ve read the reviews, both positive and negative, and I get that everyone has their own experience. But I can honestly say I’ve been with Sunrise Dental for almost five years total. I loved them before moving to Moses Lake, and after dealing with 2 failed root canals and a cracked tooth and being told “it’s just 1 bad root canal which again they wanted 5k to replace with the dental implant on top of that insurance and wanted it in 2 payments in 1 month and 1st payment had to happen to even schedule appointment. I went right back to the team I trust. And wow — they proved once again why they’re worth the three‑hour drive. From the warm handshakes to the intentional care to the follow‑ups, they treat you like a person, not a number. They remember you. They advocate for you. They take pride in their work. And they make sure you leave not just treated, but cared for. Sunrise Dental has earned my loyalty for life. If you’re looking for a dental team that truly shows up for you — even on a Sunday — while your in the worst pain of your life this is the place.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office and couldn’t recommend them more! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional and made me feel completely at ease considering I needed a lot of work. Dr. Hans took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable before starting my procedures which took course over multiple apportionments. He is the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Sunrise Dental has the best dentists in this hemisphere, because they speak with patients of a diverse background meeting each patient at the point of need. I received world class dental care, compared to the 66 countries I have visited, worked in and lived or reviewed for medical attention while at work or leisure. The Sunrise Dental professionals let me know my costs and I budgeted appropriately. I went for a walk-in emergency dental care, and have decided to change my dental care provider to Sunrise Dental for the foreseeable future! Thanks Sunrise Dental! I feel the sunshine! 5 stars!!!

Dr. Hans does excellent work, is very professional, and makes every visit comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients and take pride in the quality of his work. My favorite quote from him is “You only get one set of teeth, take care of them”. I’ve had a great experience here and highly recommend Dr. Hans

To be honest, I have always been afraid of going to the dentist because of past experiences. Over time I let my oral health decline, my gums became infected, and my front tooth became loose. I knew I had to face my fears and find a dental office that would truly care for me. After searching on Google, I came across Sunrise Dental of Issaquah and read so many great reviews about the doctors, front desk, and dental assistants. That gave me the courage to finally make an appointment. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and understanding. I was very nervous and emotional about losing my front tooth, but they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Dr. Dr. Jaggi performed my extraction, and the dental assistant who assisted Dr. Jaggi was also incredibly supportive and comforting throughout the process. I also want to mention Ramen (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) , who was very straightforward in explaining what would happen next and what the next steps were. That really helped me understand the process and feel more prepared for what’s ahead. This experience was not easy for me, but I’m truly grateful I found this office. They helped me face a fear I’ve had for a long time, and I appreciate the care and compassion they showed me during such a difficult moment.

I didn’t have great dental care growing up and since then I have been trying to get my teeth back to where they need to be. The folks at Sunrise continue to be so helpful and caring for the last four years. They truly provide such high quality of care and realistic plans that are prioritized if multiple things are needed, with an understanding that all of our financial situations are different. Just got an extraction (unfortunately after a tooth cracked) and although it’s expensive even with insurance, I have a plan for the future including the implant and how much that will cost down the road. They provided amazing care and I always know that I can get asap appointments if there is an emergency. Thank you all!

Honestly if I could leave this place 0 stars I would. My husband had a root canal done about a month ago (somewhere else) after a month developed an infection so bad his whole right side of his face swelled up that his eye was basically shut. We went to the ER the day before we came here and they said the abscess wasn’t developed yet to drain. So the next day the abscess developed & was enormous & it was a Sunday this was the only place open. So we went in & made an appointment the Saturday night before for 9am on Sunday when we came in like 3 people who checked in AFTER us who didn’t even have major issues compared to losing your vision in one eye. When we said something to the receptionist after waiting for 20 minutes she said “they are already existing patients” but they all were filling out new patient forms just like we did. We finally got called back & they say that the CT which they charged me $300 for even tho I have insurance & insurance covers all medically necessary procedures. They told him he has a hole in his bone in the tooth which 3 other dentists told him after that the tooth is completely fine. Sunrise dental was trying to scam him into taking out the tooth completely and trying to get a bridge and an implant & gave us the break down that insurance does not cover anything. I logged in to my insurance plan & showed them the exact procedure they’re speaking of was covered under my insurance plan at that point they didn’t know what to say other than “you know dental work is expensive” which made me giggle so I told her yea well having a baby especially via c-section is also expensive but my insurance covered 90% of my entire bill. This place is nothing but a scam they kept trying to convince him to remove the tooth even after telling them 5+ times he just wanted them to drain the abscess. Avoid this office at any cost if you can & if you have been here already take a look at your bill & contact your insurance to make sure you’re not paying for something you shouldn’t be. I will also be reporting them to my insurance company so they are aware they are committing insurance fraud as well as whatever else they may be doing.

So, I was grateful they were able to work on 2 teeth in the same visit, but it was too rushed. After 1 day, their temp crown fell out and a nerve was exposed making it really sensitive to air and temp. I would've given them a 2 star, but I came back and Corina fixed all the issues I had with the original work. She's the reason for the better review. I don't feel any extra material that will crack off, like it did last time, it fits better and it is polished and smooth. The sensitivity is gone and it feels more natural in my mouth. I still have to come back to get the permanent crown in, but if I get the level of care that Corina gave me today I'll come back. She was fast, but not at the expense of quality. She told me everything she was doing before she did it which made me feel at ease. Corina is dope! I hope I get her next time!

If you care about your health and are the one to not just follow order mindlessly then this isn’t the place for you. If you want to have an extraction or have an emergency they get very rude and defensive if you mention a second opinion or getting help from someone else or if you question the way they are doing the extraction. If you want someone more kind and understanding and isn’t being pushy then run far away from this place. Very rude customer service by the doctors themselves while the rest of the staff is nice but the doctors themselves just care about stuffing their pockets with money.
