Honestly if I could leave this place 0 stars I would. My husband had a root canal done about a month ago (somewhere else) after a month developed an infection so bad his whole right side of his face swelled up that his eye was basically shut. We went to the ER the day before we came here and they said the abscess wasn’t developed yet to drain. So the next day the abscess developed & was enormous & it was a Sunday this was the only place open. So we went in & made an appointment the Saturday night before for 9am on Sunday when we came in like 3 people who checked in AFTER us who didn’t even have major issues compared to losing your vision in one eye. When we said something to the receptionist after waiting for 20 minutes she said “they are already existing patients” but they all were filling out new patient forms just like we did. We finally got called back & they say that the CT which they charged me $300 for even tho I have insurance & insurance covers all medically necessary procedures. They told him he has a hole in his bone in the tooth which 3 other dentists told him after that the tooth is completely fine. Sunrise dental was trying to scam him into taking out the tooth completely and trying to get a bridge and an implant & gave us the break down that insurance does not cover anything. I logged in to my insurance plan & showed them the exact procedure they’re speaking of was covered under my insurance plan at that point they didn’t know what to say other than “you know dental work is expensive” which made me giggle so I told her yea well having a baby especially via c-section is also expensive but my insurance covered 90% of my entire bill. This place is nothing but a scam they kept trying to convince him to remove the tooth even after telling them 5+ times he just wanted them to drain the abscess. Avoid this office at any cost if you can & if you have been here already take a look at your bill & contact your insurance to make sure you’re not paying for something you shouldn’t be. I will also be reporting them to my insurance company so they are aware they are committing insurance fraud as well as whatever else they may be doing.

Was on vacation over half way across the USA and ended up needing an emergency operation done from a super bad infection and made it from the ER to the dentist and finished treatment in under 12 hours. Dr. Harkaran Hans quickly identified the issue and gave recommendations then did the procedure smoothly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. As well Dr. Prabhjot Sidhu for being a valuable second opinion on the situation. Amazing service all around from the entire team with the situation they were handed.

I recently had two dental implants done at Sunrise Dental, and I have to say the experience was amazing. Prabhjot Sidhu is the gentleman who took care of me, and his work speaks for itself. Before coming here, I had gone to two other dentists who completely messed up my implants. I was honestly frustrated and losing hope. But after hearing great things about Sunrise Dental and Dr. Sidhu from people I trust, I decided to give it one last shot — and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and precision were on another level. Dr. Sidhu fixed what others couldn’t, and the two implants he placed feel perfect. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and done right the first time. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually knows what he’s doing and truly cares about his patients, Sunrise Dental and Prabhjot Sidhu are the place to go. Highly recommend

My mouth was in so much pain that I booked a last-minute appointment on a Saturday evening with Sunrise Dental. They got me in at 3 p.m. without hesitation. I walked in hurting, frustrated, and honestly not trusting anything a dentist had to say. For a long time I’ve felt like the prices in the U.S. were insane and that no one really cared about giving me real options. I was even planning a trip to Turkey in 2026 to get veneers because I thought that was the only way I could afford to fix my smile. I didn’t trust American dentists, and I definitely didn’t trust the pricing. Going overseas felt like my only solution. But Sunrise Dental changed that the moment I sat down for my consultation. They gave me a clear, honest explanation of what was happening, why it was happening, and exactly how they would fix it. They showed me real options that didn’t involve shaving my teeth down or flying across the world. They gave me a plan that actually saves my natural teeth and gets me back on track in a healthy way. It’s not only more affordable, but it’s something I feel good about long term. I left feeling relieved and honestly shocked that a dentist would take the time to explain everything so thoroughly. I live over an hour away, and I’ll gladly make that drive for the rest of my life. Whether it’s cleanings or major work, this is the first dental office I’ve ever fully trusted. Sunrise Dental kept me from making a huge mistake, saved my smile, and earned a patient for life.

They seem very versatile- know how to bill various insurances for dentistry, & cozy lil office with bear statues and log-cabin type of feel.

My sincere gratitude for the excellent emergency dental treatment I received recently at Sunrise Dental of Issaquah. Dr. Hans and his team were incredibly professional, reassuring, and efficient in addressing my urgent dental issue, including related cost and insurance coverage . I was in a lot of pain, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you for providing such prompt and high-quality care when I needed it most. I truly appreciate your dedication to your patients.

I went in for a routine cleaning appointment. The appointment itself was fine, but the dental assistant told me she would first check whether my insurance covered the cleaning before proceeding. After checking, she assured me it was 100% covered. However, Sunrise Dental later started charging me for the cost. I reached out multiple times and was told each time that they would escalate it to the management team. It has now been over two months, and I still haven’t heard back. They continue to send me the bill. I do not recommend this place because of their lack of communication, lack of accountability, and charging patients despite confirming coverage beforehand. Don't go hear unless you have charged incorrectly. Based on the rest of the reviews (check yourself folks). I am not the only who has experienced this. This seems to be patterns that Sunrise Dental continues to have.

I explained to sunrise dental my job situation, that I had no insurance, and how much money I had to pay initially. Despite everything I had told them they still offers to help me so we set up an appointment. Once I got there they took scans and offered me a dental plan for my problem tooth which is causing 10/10 pain on the pain scale. They then told me I needed SIGNIFICANTLY more money than I had for them to help me. I had to leave and give them all the money I had to pay for the scans that were done and im still left owing them money. Upon further review of these comment im seeing one that explained the same exact situation im in. They did in fact want 3000+ dollars for the extraction/ root canal. Seems whoever writes back these comments is very dishonest. DO NOT TRUST THEM. The staff was very nice and friendly I’ll give them that. Do not trust sunrise dental with anything they might promise you unless you have insurance or a lot of money. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. This place is extremely predatory (Dear owner writing back to these comments. Why would I make an appointment if your employees did not explain that you could help me despite the information given. Your practices are very predatory and I hope you change yours ways. I received service from a different dentist for 375$ to do the extraction and a free ct scan. If I so chose to get a bone graft as well it would have been 1,100 and some change. The price you wanted to charge me for exclusively the bone graft. Let alone all the extra charges you wanted to hit me with on the plan both totaling well over 4,000$. Your management and pricing is very predatory and I hope you do take these reviews to heart like you say you do. However I know you don’t because reading these reviews it’s very apparent you have been a predatory dentist who only cares about money for a long time. Thanks for nothing and thanks for falsely promising to help me in order to get me to come in and get scans done. I only agreed to whatever you wanted under the impression that you would help me remove my tooth. Karma is real and it’s gonna bite you hard.)

Nice staff, difficult management. Misleading about insurance coverage. Very high billing rates. We checked with them in advance on whether they were in network. They said they might not be but that they would accept our insurance rates. Great, that seemed nice of them. We booked the appointments and they went fine. Our insurance paid but it was less than Sunrise wanted so they billed us out of pocket for the remainder at some arbitrary rate. They charged over $1,500 for three simple cleanings with the x-rays they required. I understand that insurance companies are the worst, but Sunrise shouldn't have said they would accept the rate if it wasn't enough for them. They should have verified what the insurance payment would be before they booked us and leading us to believe we'd pay at a more reasonable rate. Either way, I feel they massively overcharged for the cleanings once they knew we were out of pocket and it was too late for us to do anything about it. The front desk staff was nice and tried to help but management took nearly two months to respond to my inquiry about the cost (after having already paid over $1,000). They offered a small discount which was appreciated, but still, the overall out-of-pocket cost was silly. We would have been better off simply finding an office to bill us the cash price up front.

I really want to thank all the teams at Sunrise Dental Issaquah, WA. I was in a lot of pain and swelling on one side of my face, and my dentist clinic was closed due to holidays and wouldn't open until Tuesday. I called Sunrise Dental Issaquah and not only did they give me the earliest appointment, but they also did the treatment the same day. The infection was spread deep and it was a difficult procedure, but thanks to all the teams, they made it very comfortable and the dentist was very patient. They explained very little detail about the procedure and what needed to be done after. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received here. Again, thank you.
