We have a top floor, west facing condominium in Berea. The protective, shading of the trees was lost when the trees were removed after a storm. I reached out to Sunray and connected with Ashley. This was my first wonderful experience with Sunray. Ashley didn't over sell, was kind and friendly, knew the products and with her knowledge, it was an easy decision to have window film applied to these west windows. Within a few hours we received a quote (so pleasantly surprised), and the next day we had scheduled our install for the following week. Ken and Nate arrived on time, protected all surfaces, and were equally as personable and professional as Ashley. 16 large pane glass windows had film applied within a few hours (I think 4 or 5 hours including lunch time) and we feel the difference already with the reduction of heat. Great product, great folks, so reasonably priced, five stars well earned! Would recommend to anyone.

I called John on the phone and he asked me to give him measurements of my windows that I need it done. I did that and sent it to him. He sent me a quote from there and completed the job. He did outstanding work sunray three shades are great. They cut the glare that I’ve been having for the last four years and I can’t believe how great that they help. LONG STORY SHORT. We had Sunray come out and give us an estimate on replacing 14 windows in our home. The estimate was prompt and John did a great job on giving us a quote. Fast forward to getting the job done and they never called me back to get me on their schedule. It has been well over a month now and nothing. I did have Prestons Sun Control come out and they actually did 22 windows in my home in no time. So I cannot recommend Sunray for getting the job done.

John and his team were excellent from minute one. When John learned of our need to have a quick turnaround time due to other projects, he was able to make that happen for us. He and his team did a fantastic job on our windows. Couldn't be happier!

Product is performing as we hoped and the installer did a great job, explained installation process thoroughly, and cleaned up so well! We highly recommend Sunray and believe we will be totally pleased with the 3M film on our windows.

Company listed for "vehicle window tinting." Yet, when called for a quote stated they only did residential windows, no vehicles. Company needs to update their services online so this doesn't happen frequently.
