My son had another awesome, easy, and super productive appointment—per usual! The team is patient, kind, and efficient, but never makes you feel rushed (which is huge with kids). The office itself is clean, fun, and really welcoming. We’re already looking forward to his next cleaning!

We absolutely love Sunnyside Dentistry for Kids! I have three children—ages 1, 3, and 12—and the entire team does an amazing job making each of them feel comfortable and cared for. The office is bright, cheerful, and so kid-friendly—it feels more like a fun play space than a dentist’s office. The hygienists and staff are so patient and gentle, especially with my little ones who are still getting used to dental visits. Dr Dustin is amazing and explains everything in a way kids can understand and he always takes the time to answer my questions. From the friendly front desk staff to the clean, welcoming environment, every visit is a positive experience. I’m so grateful to have found a place that makes dental care easy and stress-free for all three of my kids. Highly recommend Sunnyside Dentistry for Kids to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental office!

This was literally the best experience. Two kiddos and two quick appointments. The staff was amazing during a busy Monday during the holidays. They explained all the routines to the kids and made them feel comfortable. Kids have asked twice when they can come back!

Dr. Dustin and his team has been great with my son. They are try very hard to help him feel comfortable. He was also recommended to us by our pediatrician and from his other patients.

Exceptional Care and Kid-Friendly Environment! I am taking my kids here for almost 5 years. The office is bright, clean, and designed to make kids feel at ease. The hygienists are gentle and patient, explaining everything in a way that keep kids calm and interested. Dr. Dustin is fantastic—super friendly, professional. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a compassionate, kid-centered dental team!

They really go above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable. They did a great job with my son’s anesthesia dental work. The anesthesiologist reached out to check in herself the night before, lots of check ins to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you!

Sunnyside Dentistry is THE best! We have 7 children that we bring here, ranging from 3-16, one child with Down Syndrome. Dr. Dustin and his team always knock the ball out of the park for my kids. They are always very excited to go and their appointment does not disappoint. They get my kids scheduled all at once and are amazing with each one, making them feel at ease and having fun at the dentist. The movies and prizes help a lot, I’m sure, too. Thank you!!! You all are truly amazing.

We have been coming to this dental practice since the days of Dr. Doyle. Dr. Dustin and staff are great! They are very kind and listen to parents and children's concerns. The decor and atmosphere is very warm and kid friendly! We will continue to come here and refer friends!

Dr. Davis and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the dental assistants, everyone is professional, welcoming, and so good with children. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure kids feel comfortable and safe. The office is clean, modern, and designed with kids in mind. We couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dental experience!

I recently had a disappointing experience at "Sunnyside dentistry for children". The dental care itself was adequate but the communication from the office manager and staff were very poor, which made the entire visit frustrating. Before my son's appointment I tried several times to confirm details about treatment and insurance coverage remaining on my plan for the year, but I received unclear or delayed responses from the dental office. I was told that I still had benefits (i.e. "credit") left on my coverage plan for the year, so we had some work done that could have waited until the new year. Later, my insurance company said we'd used all our coverage and that we'd need to pay out of pocket. When I approached the dental office, they informed me that, while they had checked to see that I had coverage left, they had not run a full report, and therefore didn't see that I had payments/claims pending (from previous appts). When I expressed concern that they'd told me I had coverage remaining when, in fact, I didn't, they said it was my responsibility to track it and to ask them for the detailed report. As it turns out, they hadn't billed my insurer for work done months before; it's their policy to often times wait and bill later. Because of this, it looked like I had coverage remaining, when in fact, they just hadn't billed my insurer for work done well before this date. Manager Kerri seemed dismissive rather than helpful in resolving the issue. As a parent, I value clear communication and professionalism, especially given how quickly costs can add up for children's services. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I hope the office can improve communication and training for staff, so future patients don't encounter the same issues. We paid out of pocket bill and left this office. (please check with your insurance provider and not with this office, to ensure remaining coverage amounts)
