At first was a bit worried as this is the first time we are using a private taxi service provider And yes, they were really good and met above our expectations. They gave us good discount and rates were competitive as well. Very safe and calm driving. Would recommend them for sure..

Terrible experience from Avalon drive to Killarney road,dinsdale end, cost me $30 2 mins into the drive the driver asks me if I need to stop at a ATM I say no I have cash ,he then says and is about to stop the taxi " I can't take you without money" I repeat again I have the cash he starts to carry on ,the car was filthy and just rude from the beginning wouldn't recommend them ,rip off guys with bad service!!!!

Ordered a pick up from the Auckland International Airport and had to reach Hamilton to join Waikato Uni. It was a very comfortable journey from Auckland to Hamilton. Reeling under the effects of jet leg, I was grateful when the driver helped me with my luggage. I highly recommend their services!
