Third-class service. I’ve been going there for year, but my last visit was the worst. I wasted my time because their staff cannot understand basic English. I spent almost half an hour trying to explain why I was there, and even when I called the owner, she lied and claimed I only booked for one person when I had originally booked for two.
After leaving, I posted my review. Then the owner called me, and I decided to give them another chance by booking a Hydra Facial. When I arrived, she started pressuring me to remove my review in exchange for the service. I told her clearly that I would only consider removing it if they improved, and she responded that she wouldn’t do the facial unless I removed it. She could have told me this over the phone instead of letting me come all the way there just to refuse the service and take advantage of my time.
You don’t need to force people to remove reviews—if your service is good, the reviews will speak for themselves.
Not recommended at all. Third-class staff, third-class service, and an overall awful experience.
As I can’t reply directly to your answer, I’m adding my response here. First of all, it is your mistake that you don’t understand English. Second, I think you need a new hearing device, because I clearly booked the appointment for two people. I always come with my husband, not alone. This is exactly why communication is a must, which you clearly lack.
Just to clarify, I never asked for any discounts, nor did you give me any. I have full proof of payment showing that I paid in full. However, you are tempting people by offering $10 off for a good review.
Don’t worry about me — I am welcomed by other businesses because I pay for services, not get them for free. I also know your market value, as I told others about my experience with you.
So please learn basic English and proper communication, and also repair or upgrade your hearing device so you can hear properly and not make mistakes with appointments due to lack of hearing.
