Richard from Sunny Bay came to my home at 8:00am he was done before two hours. Richard was very pleasant and friendly and I watched the whole thing because I thought it was amazing. He actually explained everything he was doing. Besides being extremely professional the BBB rated them an A+ and so do I.

Richard Jr. did an amazing job on my 2017 Civic! Super friendly and professional! He removed the old tint from my vehicle and replaced it with 5% Ceramic. He was fast and efficient with his service, no bubbles either! I am looking forward to scheduling with him again to get my windshield tint removed and replaced! Rich came over and tinted my new Model 3 Performance, and redid some of the tint on one of my other vehicles. I left the Tesla outside in the sun for 5-6 days before driving it to make sure any bubbles or defects disappeared. Turns out, I had a few that didn’t go away, and a mysterious razor straight line on my windshield tint. Sent Rich some pictures of the defects, and we scheduled him to come over and take a look in person a few days later. Rich without any questions ended up redoing the rear window, the 2 passenger windows, and the front windshield. Been several days now, and happy to report, no more defects and looks great! Awesome customer service and stands behind their work!
