Sunny Bay provided an exceptional experience. I contacted Richard at 10:30, and he arrived at my location by 10:50, prepared to install the new window tints. The original factory tints on my vehicle offered minimal heat and UV protection, necessitating the upgrade to ceramic tints. Richard meticulously removed the existing tints and installed the new ceramic ones while I continued with my work. I have since noticed a significant improvement in performance compared to the factory-installed tints. I was particularly impressed by Richard's approach; he did not attempt to upsell the ceramic option from the outset, a practice common in many establishments. Instead, he presented more economical alternatives, allowing me to make an informed decision. While I had already determined my preference for ceramic tints from the beginning, I genuinely valued his transparency and the provision of choices. His conduct demonstrated a high degree of honesty and professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rich came over and tinted my new Model 3 Performance, and redid some of the tint on one of my other vehicles. I left the Tesla outside in the sun for 5-6 days before driving it to make sure any bubbles or defects disappeared. Turns out, I had a few that didn’t go away, and a mysterious razor straight line on my windshield tint. Sent Rich some pictures of the defects, and we scheduled him to come over and take a look in person a few days later. Rich without any questions ended up redoing the rear window, the 2 passenger windows, and the front windshield. Been several days now, and happy to report, no more defects and looks great! Awesome customer service and stands behind their work!

Richard from Sunny Bay came to my home at 8:00am he was done before two hours. Richard was very pleasant and friendly and I watched the whole thing because I thought it was amazing. Richard Jr. did an amazing job on my 2017 Civic! Super friendly and professional! He removed the old tint from my vehicle and replaced it with 5% Ceramic.
