You took the time to explain every step of the procedure treatment plan in an understandable way, even showing me my X-rays on the in-room TV, which I've never experienced before. This transparency and your meticulous attention to detail instilled a great deal of confidence [1]. The hygienist , provided the most gentle and thorough cleaning I've ever had. The use of advanced digital imaging also contributed to a smooth and comfortable experience. I am absolutely delighted with the results of my brighter smile.It has truly helped me regain my confidence. Amazing!! I went in with an emergency as a new patient and had the best experience. Every person in the office was really nice and accommodating. The staff is very knowledgeable and so is the doctor. Everything was explained in detail and they made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous for the treatment, but the staff and doctor talked me through it and even did distraction during the numbing shots. Great techniques and exceptional care! I came back with my 7 year old and they did a great job with him too! Highly recommend!

What Great Customer Service received by these professional individuals here at this location. The outside extremities are not attractive but the inside is very modern and highly updated. The service was excellent. From the front desk, the Medical Assistants, to the Dr. she was very thorough and attentive to my needs. She did not dismiss my concerns. I didn’t have insurance so they have various app financing options: Care Credit, Cherry, etc. Juan explained and broke down the statement and charges. Very clean. They have complement coffee and water bottles. Music was soft and at ease. Plenty of parking in parking 🅿️ lot. Recommend to visit and see how they work with your needs 🖤🤘🏼

Been a while since I had been to the dentist. Pretty scared to go back but made an appointment to go to Sunland Dental. Loved that they saw me in the evening after work to start off with. I was greeted right away, felt comfortable from doing x rays to going over payment plans. Staff explained everything to me on what was going to happen during exam. Dr. Jun was understanding and explained everything in such a caring manner. Thank you so much for making it a great experience. AWESOME from beginning to end.

These guys are truly the best. Every single person in this office goes above and beyond, and it shows. My smile means everything to me and they helped me get my confidence back in a way I didn’t even expect. They’re patient, they explain everything, and they genuinely care about making sure I’m getting the best treatment for the best price. You can tell they work hard and take pride in what they do. I’m so grateful for them and I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else.

This is hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dental office in my life, from the moment I scheduled my appointment, speaking to the staff and my new doctor. The customer service and professionalism is amazing. I’ve always had anxiety coming to my dental appointments and this was the first time I felt no anxiety. Every person who spoke to me, spoke to me with kindness and explained everything every step of the way. Definitely recommend coming here and getting all of your dental work done.
