Sundaes Restaurant And Tasty Freeze

This was such an all American experience . Our server Anna was very sweet . We got our food quick , place is very clean & also offers seating outdoors if you order from the window . Our food was great and they have a very vast menu with something for everyone . Kids will love it as well .

A fantastic place to eat given the limited options in the area. An old school diner atmosphere with a friendly staff and a huge menu. The roast beef platter was great, and the “best burger in the Catskills” lived up to the name. They had a full menu of just ice cream too; my friend loved his milkshake and my soft serve was some of the best I’ve ever had. Must stop if you’re traveling by.

Three hungry tourists ate an amazing lunch at Tracy's. The staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was bountiful and delicious. My Reuben sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. The Gyro was outrageously good with so many toppings that you needed a fork to pick up the pieces. The Mediterranean omelet was full of veggies and feta cheese. It was huge. The portions were plentiful. This place is so worth the money. All three meals were under $20. I wish I was a local so I could eat there regularly.

Some of the nicest staff ever! Well worth the trip if you’re in the area. Plenty of parking available. Sweet potato fries were solid; however, the sundaes here are no joke. 100% live up to the name, best shared someone! Generous portions and great prices.

We were traveling through the area and are so thankful we stopped here! What a great place! The restaurant was very clean. The service was provided by young adults/teenagers and they nailed it! Teamwork, friendliness and some of the best customer service we've seen in a long time. Lots of meal options. The food was fresh and tasted great! Prices were very reasonable. We are planning another trip out that way just to bring a family member to this place. Overall an excellent experience and we look forward to returning. Kudos to the owner! You're doing it right.

So… if your hours are until 7pm why do your servers close at 6:35?? We just wanted to get ice cream on a Saturday. They told us, sorry our doors are locked… really? For ice cream?? This is the second time this happened. Don’t recommend. Bad business.

Stopped in while traveling with a group to pick up some ice cream and coffee. I noticed there was hair in my butter pecan and requested the young man to make me another. Which was done but when I got to the car with my “remade” cup I noticed that there was either another hair in my butter pecan cup or the same hair with a new scoop of ice cream covering it The older woman working there seem kinda not so friendly as we were saying thank you and good bye we were met silence

Food was great. Stopped for lunch and Ice cream Service was also great. We enjoyed the decor it was awesome. Lots of love shown here. We will be back on our next trip up to the mountains.

Sundaes is a perfect little spot. Lots of food options and it’s always been delicious. The staff is so sweet and helpful. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT DESSERT
