While they work they keep your home clean and always clean up after themselves when they are done. Very fair in price with high quality equipment. During the installation process he was very clean and put down drop clothes to keep debris off the flooring. They were able to complete the installation in the time frame that he gave me in the estimate. This a review one year after having a new AC unit installed by Suncoast. We have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS! Our previous AC failed in the hottest part of last summer. So it was imperative that we got a new one A,S.A.P. After about eight different companies came out to give us their estimates, we chose Suncoast. I actually held out to hear their estimate. Our new AC unit is GREAT! It is soooo quiet!!! We now have a multi-stage unit (which keeps the temps more stable/ we have solar which keeps its energy costs low). I'm so glad we held out to have them come give us an estimate. Other companies were so ridiculously priced, Suncoast was literally one third the total price of some others. And they beat the lowest estimate by $50 while giving us more than any of them. They didn't try to get us to include things we didn't need, like some of the other companies. The best part was we didn't ever have to haggle for that price. It was his initial estimate! So we went with them. I must say, the price was not too good to be true. They delivered in every way promised! I've recommended them to friends this summer who've also been thoroughly pleased with their price and their work. That has given me more reason to write this review! This company did us and our friends right when so many don't. So I feel comfortable enough to do something I don't usually do; write them a review of our experience! It is my earnest recommendation, before you go with any other company, I strongly suggest you give them a chance to bid on your job. I really believe you will be glad you did!
