I had new vinyl siding installed on my existing house and a new addition by Sun Home Improvement. My first contact was with their salesman, Dave Towler, who came to my house, sat at my kitchen table, and presented options. From years in the industry, his depth of knowledge about the products and installation was clear. Though his bid was a little more expensive than the others I got, I selected Sun Home Improvement because I had confidence that I would get a good job. I was not disappointed. Their installation team was led by Brian and included a couple of his brothers. Brian brought 30 years of experience to the job and exhibited very fine craftsmanship. He reviewed options, made good suggestions, and cheerfully took my input. His team were methodical and took their time to do a good job. The products used were top notch, and I had no sense that they were cutting corners. All their communications were clear and responsive. Everyone I dealt with from the company was personable, helpful, and professional. In scheduling my installation, they accommodated delays caused by my other contractors. In summary, I would hire Sun Home Improvement again and would ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend them to others. I wish all the contractors I hired for my project were as good as Sun Home Improvement. They were definitely a pleasure to work with.

It's been almost a year since we used Sun Home Improvement to replace our siding, soffit, trim, and gutters. We are still happy with results, and highly recommend them. The owner Jim and his son (Rob, I believe) are very professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Our crew manager Brian was super attentive to details, and always took time to explain the process and answer all questions. When recently our dog chewed on newly installed downspouts, I contacted the company, and Jim sent someone to fix them right away. Thank you, Sun Home Improvement! That's the way to run business!

From the quote stage, discussing options to the finalization of the project, Dave Towler was an excellent communicator and always willing to go the "extra mile". The price point on the quality and what it included exceeded my expectations. After many years of delaying our window replacement project, my husband and I finally chose Sun Home Improvement -- we are glad we did! Rob was very clear, knowledgeable and professional, talked us through options, answered questions and had great follow up. There was absolutely no stupid heavy sales pressure, which we really appreciated! Dave communicated the timing via email and phone, and came to check on the job / answer questions in the middle of the process. The crew on site was clean, quick, efficient, and respectful of the space. Everyone we engaged with was polite and professional. They did quality work and finished on time. All emails were answered quickly -- all communications were great. We are very happy with Sun Home Improvement and recommend them without hesitation!

I had Sun Home Improvement replace all my windows, replace three exterior doors and install new siding, trim and gutters. The whole team -- everyone I interacted with -- was top notch: knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Rob was great. He was extremely patient and helpful while I was making decisions, had in-depth knowledge of siding, windows, etc., and made the whole process smooth and straight forward for me. He did a fantastic job explaining things and letting me know what to expect. I came away with a very good gut feeling after meeting with Rob. Sun’s quote was a little more than the other bids I got, but as the adage says: you get what you pay for. None of the other companies came close to giving me the confidence that Sun gave me. None of the others included the product quality that Sun planned (siding thickness, for example). The choice was easy. The installation crews were efficient, personable and always ready to answer questions / explain what they were doing. They made me aware of damage they found under my old siding and in the framing for one of my windows (expected) and made sure it was repaired. The siding lead, Brian, even alerted me to sketchy electrical connections for my exterior garage lights, clearly a DIY job by the prior owner using speaker wire. It would have been easy to skip right over that and just finish the job (I’d be none the wiser), but he made sure I knew about it and helped me get them done correctly. Sun did an excellent job all around and the place looks wonderful. When it’s time for a new roof, I know who I will be calling.

This company has come back out twice to our home for the work they did years ago. They do stand behind their work. Any construction projects or remodeling could have issues here and there. I feel like there is never a project that is just perfect. The most important thing to me is whether the company is really willing to work with you. They do a great job, and their warranty is a real one. Not one of those that come with fine print and unrealistic conditioning. I would recommend this company and the crew to anyone.

Soup to nuts, start to finish, beginning to end, the best home improvement experience ever. The sales rep was truthful. The people on site were very professional. Every day the yard was clean and neat. They went way above my expectations for a simple siding job. This is a world driven by bottom lines, and bang for the buck engineering. Yet, they paid attention to the smallest details. They ensured the job was done right. They did so much I wasn't expecting that I'm afraid to cite it here because I don't want to get the crew in trouble. Seriously, check these guys out. Don't take my word for it. But maybe take it as a strong suggestion.

My husband found this company online and by chance, we decided to have them come out for a consult, as we were replacing the windows throughout our house. After getting quotes from Anderson and Pella directly, Sun Home came in with a quote for Pella windows (wood windows) at a significantly lower cost. We were skeptical at first, but from start to finish everyone was professional, kind, respectful of wearing a mask, etc. They worked quickly and had the job done with-in a few days. There was no outside clean-up for us to take care and I was truly impressed with how quickly they worked. They windows have been great (it's been a few months now) and we are so glad we went with them. Equally important, we had a doorwall that we converted to a french door and the guys came out a few times to determine the best door wedge, etc. to use, so that gusts of wind wouldn't slam the doors open or shut. I was incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend.

Excellent window install. They came highly recommended by a friend formerly in the window business, and I will say that they did an excellent job. Long-time employees doing the install who knew what they were doing, were respectful of the house (careful and cleaned up well), and were very picky to make sure everything was done exactly right. One window had a very minor manufacturing flaw and they had the Pella rep out there immediately to resolve the problem. Bravo, Sun...
