The staff was very welcoming, The massage was so good that I actually requested an extra 30 minutes. You may have to use Google translator with some of the staff however you will soon see how kind and professional they are. 100% perfect! Thank you Sun Foot Spa for an exceptional service! The worst place for massage. The entire massage I kept saying pls put more pressure pls do hard. A few people came to tell her what I was asking her to do. Still nothing she was just rubbing her hands. At the end they basically cornered me and blocked my way because they wanted me to tip. I did not want to tip for the worst service I received but still I was like who’s gonna argue with these ppl. So I gave her the only Canadian 5 dollar bill I had which they rejected and forced me to get the credit card out which at first I didn’t understand why - I thought she was asking me how much I paid in Canadian dollar I said 70 cad. She was going to charge my card for 70 for the tip. When I said if u want tip take this 5 bill they got so rude and started swearing. Is this how spas treat clients in America?? These are not business owners rather criminals. PLS DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE POSITIVE COMMENTS!!!

Scammers!!!! I got the combo massage which includes a body & foot massage for $55. I paid $60 in cash($5 cash tip) and I asked them to take a $5 tip off my card which was on 7/5. When the lady gave me the receipt to sign, I attempted to put $0.00 on the tip portion & $5.15 as the total but she told me not to worry about it. Going against my better judgement I left it blank. Well today 7/8 they charged me an extra $55, which my intuition told me they would try to do. I called and told them to send my money back to my card because I paid in cash and I will come to their establishment with the police so they can run the cameras back to show that I paid in cash AND GAVE THEM A $10, and the lady lied and said the people I was with didn’t pay. Well that was a lie too as you can see in the pictures, we all paid! They are scammers and thieves! Make sure you put the total amount t on the receipt if you do, do business with them or pay in cash!

Warning!!! This place is being managed by scammers. The massage was not good and certainly not worth it. “This business tried to double charge me for the same service. When I pointed it out, the response was unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend!”

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst massage I’ve ever had. No one spoke English which as a first generation immigrant, I’d typically have no issue with but they literally could not understand or communicate with me. Either their menu or their understanding of their own menu is inaccurate because I asked for a foot massage - ended up being a full body massage and they spent about 5 mins on my feet. Upsold me to get a hot stone service, literally spent 3 seconds quickly rubbing each of my feet with the stones. This whole massage was so stressful. It was not quiet. I started with one therapist and ended with another. Both were EXTREMELY heavy handed and I didn’t know how to tell them ease up because they didn’t understand what I was saying. The second therapist walked away twice to answer the phone. There was no technique; really unpleasant and painful. Waste of money. I’d rather spend twice as much for professional massage therapists at a real spa. STAY AWAY!

This is one of the best places I've been to. I just stopped by for a foot massage. But I was impressed by their massage techniques and service attitude. It was a surprise. I think I will stop by again someday.

Came here for the 30min massage for my friend and I. I reserved us a spot by calling ahead of time. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating even though I was late due to an important call. I recommend silencing your phone and putting your stuff in their bins before the massage for the full relaxing experience. Maybe also loosen your hair tie or remove it if you have long hair so that they can properly massage your scalp. My masseuse was “Chin Chin” and omg that man has magic hands! I was so happy with the service I gave him a 22.6% tip. I need to definitely come back for a full body massage.
