Sun Lab has been an excellent partner for my denture cases. Their craftsmanship is precise, with consistently natural esthetics and reliable fit. Turnaround times are dependable, and communication is always clear and professional. I value their consistency and support, which makes treatment planning and delivery much smoother

I send all my denture cases to Sun lab, mainly Flexidentures, usually used as temps before implants but also for patients who can’t afford implants. Usually one scan straight to finish. Work is perfect, always snaps in perfectly with little adjustments. I’m very happy with their service, WhatsApp support is great and patients very happy so highly recommended

Great dental lab . I am sending my digital work to Sun Dental and I'm very happy. Quick turnaround , great work and great communication with technicians and admin team, always there to help. Their flexible denture are amazing and crown and bridge work makes my patient very happy. Highly recommend this lab . Well done Sun Dental !!!

I have a had a very long working relationship with this lab. Crown/bridge works/ implants is awesome and getting better. Great team and brilliant customer service. Joe and Alla have always been at hand to support and work alongside to deliver perfect outcomes. Paul is there to manage any problem if required. I highly recommend this lab. Fantastic quality of work, I wouldn’t send my work anywhere else.

I am a dentist who regularly uses the services of Sun Dental. The quality of their dentures is high and always to my specification- my patients are happy and therefore I am too. Sun are always there to help when an issue crops up, which is important as things don’t always go to plan in dentistry. I have a WhatsApp group with several of their technicians and it’s a great, modern way to share photos and videos to make sure important details aren’t missed. Looking forward to many more years of teamwork!

Excellent technicians. Amazing quality of flexidentures (they have been doing them for my patients for more than 7 years now) and perfect crowns. Always delivering high quality lab work and consistency through the years. Great pleasure to fit their work - nice and easy + patients are very happy with the results.

Worst lab ever. Technicians are based in China, so no way to speak with them directly. The courier is not reliable and their phone number is not working. Customer service can’t handle more complex problem because they either ignore customers or are ignored by technicians and couriers. And no one has control over it. Absolutely no one! Lost impressions, two weeks delay, endless number of calls and lots of lies. However it didn’t stop them from sending the invoice before the work was finished. Nightmare.

Poor customer service, a simple request for a summary of labwork completed at the end of the month was labelled as being "too much work" by the accounts team. This is following a number of hoops we were requested to jump through and "prepay" for lab work before it was dispatched, inconveniencing patients, the priorities are all wrong. Disappointing as I have previously recommended Sun to many colleagues but I will think twice about using them again in the future.
