Wish the building was smoker friendly, other than that it is great. I have a great property manager named Samantha 5 stars for her. She always helps me out when I need something. Jeff is also great when I've needed something done. Isabel is always on top of things and makes this place feel and smell good. The rents are always going up so that sucks. Wish they would put a guizibbo outside for the smokers, we want to also feel at home even though it's a smoke free environment. Sam is great at what she does and I would recommend her as a manager 100 times she truly cares and appreciates us all.

My mom has lived here for 5 years now.. it's a very nice facility with great tenants. They have potlucks and bingo regularly in the commons area! The manager, Sam, is friendly and helps the tenants with their paperwork and such. The trolly is just a phone call away to whisk you off to appointments or shopping. Elevator to get you to your floor and each floor as a coin laundry facility.. check them out!! You'll love it here! ❤️

I have lived at Summit House in Creston, Iowa since July 1st, 2022. I love my apartment & I have a cat there. Samantha the mgr is friendly & very efficient & fast at getting paperwork & other things done. The bldg has a security door which makes it safer here. Also an intercom which allows us to talk to someone before buzzing them in. The bldg is well maintained & has a very nice front porch which I use a lot on warm days. Jeff the maintenance guy is Great at getting things fixed when you need something repaired. He always listens to us & takes care of problems as quick as he can. I plan on staying here till I have to go to a nursing home. Jeff Dowdell. . .

Building is for Seniors and there are several younger individuals living there. Numerous smokers in the building. Complaints have been made to management and they say "they don't smell cigarettes." They are only there maybe 2-3 times a month. The carpets in hallways and elevator is dirty and disgusting. The entire building smells awful. Parts of wall in stairwell is missing. There's mold along the kick strip by an exit door. These residents that are on oxygen or have health issues deserve a clean and safe environment! The management only cares about money. Maybe put some money into a cleaning company and get the building in better shape! Many residents have complained, thier family has complained and nothing gets done. Need better management and someone who actually cares!

Good location: within walking distance to library, bank and Fareway grocery store. If there is a problem within my apartment, management always takes care of it in reasonable time period. Tenants are friendly. I’ve made quite a few friends.

The hallways smell like cigarette smoke even though it's a smoke free building. There's constantly mold on this one tile in the commons area. Property manager knows, it was "fixed". They just replaced the ceiling tile. Now here it is June & the same spot is molded again. Clearly there's a problem that's not getting fixed.

While attending a community sale at Summit House I noticed how pretty the gathering room had been. The parking lot had been easy to access the building. The Summit House apartments are such a nice addition to the Creston community.
