Summer Cove Apartments

This is a lovely apartment complex! Firstly, it has stunning Florida tropical landscaping with mature live oaks. With a pretty pool, gym, tennis court, dog park and playground its sweet. I have a corner , second floor unit with a balcony which acts like another room as its spacious and get some great breezes. I love the paint colour, carpet and counters..maintenance is very responsive and polite. I feel very safe here. I recommend SummerCove in Sarasota Florida

We’ve recently moved in and love it so far! The office staff David, Hannah and Ana are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also fantastic — they respond promptly and always do a thorough job. It’s clear that both teams genuinely care about keeping the community well-maintained and making residents feel at home. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live!

I just moved in about a week ago, but my experience with the staff in the front office has been absolutely incredible. Hannah is the sweetest, and the maintenance team takes such pride in the complex. I love it here so far!

Not my experience but an experience of my 88 year old mother who has been a resident for way over a decade plus some. Not rating a 5 because it leaves room for growth. My elderly Mom had a glitch with her bank account that she wasn't aware of which caused the rent being late after automation payment for November was declined by her bank which led to an unfortunate letter on her door for who knows how many days it was there which my brother discovered after he came from Sebring to visit her and he reset her bank automation immediately to make rent payments. Make a long story short I called and spoke with Hannah to explain what happened, who was not comprehending because I had to repeat the situation several times trying to get late charges waived. She told me to contact my mother's bank which has nothing to do with Summer Coves late policy. Hannah advised me to call payment portal which automation advised me to call property management. I called and spoke with Hannah once again to retrieve a phone number for property management. She advised she was property management not understanding once again. I asked to speak with someone over her and she transfered me to David who informed me that he had spoken with my mother and her rent was up to date. I tried to reason with him to waive late charge and he proceeded to tell me about all the other tenants situations which I explained to him was not my concern. In all the years of my mom being a resident of Summer Cove has she ever had a problem of being late. The letter on her door was very upsetting for her. They couldn't have knocked on her door to notify her as stated on the letter because she does not go anywhere without someone coming to take her. She has no qualms with Summer Cove I'm just reviewing for the not so satisfying outcome.

As a friendly advice. Be sure to keep your damage report when you move in so you don’t have problems when you move out And also make sure you let them know put it in the system. Because when I moved out of the apartment, I left everything clean I made sure that everything was in the way i received it. And there were stains that were already there when I moved in to that apartment and they charged me unfairly from my deposit and when I told them that everything was in the report. They came with the lame excuse that they had not put it in the system. Like that was my fault 😒 The truth is that it is regrettable to see how the new administration is, they only think about getting money out of you looking for any excuse. I would not recommend this place at all. At least at this moment.

I had a wonderful experience with Milagros she is so professional and kind. All my questions were answered and I felt very confident about making this place my new home totally recommend.

We recently moved in and are ecstatic to call Summer Cove our new home. The staff are so fun and welcoming. Hannah, David, and Ana have been so incredibly helpful and kind throughout this process, and have sat patiently and answered all of our (many) questions. Each team member has gone above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The maintenance team has fixed every request appropriately and in a timely manner, absolutely exceeding our expectations. The community is fun and active, offering many opportunities for residents to gather and have a great time. The only suggestion I have for the team is so get a Nespresso machine in the club house for guests to enjoy. Otherwise, this team gets a 10/10 from me. I highly recommend calling this community your home!

I want to give a shout out to Hannah and the rest of the management team- and especially the maintenance guys. We had an issue with our hvac on the hottest day of the year, and Hannah was so kind, responsive and supportive. The issue was handled in record time and I came home to a cool comfortable environment. Thank you so much!

We have recently transferred to another unit, and I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the upgrade in the cleaning service that the new administration has been using to get the apartments ready to move in.

Summer Cove Apartments has been an amazing experience, especially as a first time renter, it was made very easy. I lived here for 3 years, and since, had many of my friends move into this community as well. Beautiful property, beautiful amenities, and great on-site team (maintenance and office). I’ve been through a decent amount of on-site staff changes, all were amazing, BUT shoutout to Rhonda especially. Made the move-out experience easy, truly cared about me leaving the community, and welcomed me back anytime which is always nice to hear, what a great property manager! Thank you Summer Cove, and everyone on-site, both office staff, and maintenance staff! :) If I could give more than a 5/5 stars I absolutely would.
