Very impressed with this restaurant! I've been wanting to eat here since it opened last year. We did omakase, and it was the best we've had. The portions and variety were on point and we had fish we didn't think we'd get outside of Hawaii/Japan. It's so worth the price. The staff were excellent, the ambiance was nice and cozy, and everything tasted amazing. We're already looking forward to eating here again. Shout-out to David and our sushi chef. They were both fantastic.

10/10; service, presentation, texture, price, ambiance, comfort. It's a family place, perfect for lunch or early dinner on a Saturday. They have special menu only for dine in and reservations are always preferred. We ate at the bar to expedite our dinning experience and glad we did because during the time we spent here, it was a revolving door of patrons. Everyone wants a taste of the magic the chef's are plating.

Excellent sashimi and “don” bowls. Great quality of aged fish. The quality of service was weak— our server didn’t know the names of the fish or ingredients or introduce them to us upon serving. It’s kinda standard— and is a disservice to the hard working chefs at Suko who work tirelessly to select and prepare high quality dishes. Also it does get loud with a full room. The decor is kind of a mashup of a sports bar and sushi counter— the bar being larger than the sushi counter, kinda conflicting considering more people are there for the Japanese food but it doesn’t take away from the quality of food. It would be awesome if they had a private room or a space to make a more intimate dining experience rather than the loudness of a sports bar. Maybe a separate omakase room? Charge more but I’d pay to have a quiet experience and talk directly to the chef without TVs playing tennis or Korean cooking shows in the background.

Me and my husband chose this place on a whim and boy did it not disappoint. There is a server there named Olivia who went above and beyond on her service. She gave great recommendations since we were unfamiliar with the place. The food was amazing, the drinks were too. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for amazing sushi. Ask for Olivia!

Came here for the first time and was really impressed! The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. We also ordered a bottle of sake, which paired perfectly with everything. Prices are definitely on the higher end, but you can really taste the quality—totally worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was great for the most part. Ordered the land and sea and way to much smoke flavor for me. The tuna was amazing the dumplings were great the waygu on hot stone was good as well. The bartender was great.

This family-owned and operated gem is hands-down serving the greatest sushi I’ve ever eaten—and I don’t say that lightly. Every bite was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of authentic flavor. You can feel the care and craftsmanship from the moment you walk in-modern but welcoming feel. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. The warm hospitality, attention to detail, and quality ingredients make it clear that this place is built on passion and pride. If you’re a true sushi lover, this spot is absolutely unmissable.

My daughter and I came here for our mother daughter dinner for the second time and we’ve decided to make this our new favorite spot in town. There are so many diverse options with a creative array of dishes that are delicious. I’ve included some photos we took but we forgot to take some this time around as we were yapping and eating. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating as well. Happy one year!

Overall best experience ever! From the quality of food to the service! The owners are the absolute sweetest, they always take the time to take care of us no matter how busy they are ❤️. They have two dry aging fridges that provide the most flavorful sushi I've ever eaten. The drinks are perfectly balanced. The desserts never miss and we always leave better than satisfied 🤗.

Everything we ordered was very flavorful and sooo good! I definitely highly recommend Suko to japanese food lovers like me and my ohana! They also have Miso Butterfish that tasted just like home in Hawaii. Looking forward for our return. Flora was our server and she was excellent! She definitely knew her menu well and made excellent recommendations! 10/10
